The office is under new management, and it is a much improved experience. The staff is welcoming and professional and the office has received a make over. It is nice and clean. I been going to this office for a few years now, and the change that I appreciate most is their timeliness. Before, I would have at least 45 min to and hour wait before being seen. Now, I hardly have to wait and am seen at my appointment time.

I've been going to University dental for numerous years . I feel like the place is not cleanly .I also feel like they do not care about your time they will give you a 9:00 appointment and have you sitting in the chair to 11:00 . I'm giving it's bad reviews you're horrible with time and you are a very rude.

It's a clean place with friendly staff but that's where it ends. I was told that I need dentures and thru did extractions but almost two months later and i haven't heard from them or medicaid after they said it would take 3 weeks. This was on Match 8th. Don't come here.

Absolutely terrible. Dingy practice. Dentists are trash. I went in for a cleaning and all the dentist did was put toothpaste on my teeth and tell me to spit. I told him That I'm here for a cleaning and he said the kind of cleaning I want is a deep cleaning and he can't do it, we need insurance approval. I waited for the office to get approval from the insurance, they never got it, they never followed up. terrible terrible service

They are very horrible at doing fill ins and cleaning your teeth... they take forever to assist you. I had to go three times for they can fix the same fill in, it kept on falling out. They don't take their time cleaning your teeth it only takes less then 10 minutes and I don't see no difference. They don't care about people's health only their money

Dentist and staff are friendly but that's where the good portions of this review end. I had a 12:30 appt. Got there at 12. I was waiting until 1:45 on the chair before the 1 dentist working the service go to me. Upon my arrival I saw someone disgruntled due to wait time and covid concerns reschedule her appt. There is a small uphill hallway leading to the waiting room. It is wheelchair accessible. One door to the entrance and another to the waiting room. Both were kept closed . There were at any given time 5 people in a small enclosed space. Some were not the best about keeping their mask on so I opted to stay outside. Once you get x-rays you have to take your mask off sharing the same air as everyone else, there is no separation. Same happens when it comes to see the dentist. There is also no hepa filter. There are windows but non are open. The last issue I had was with the price. $250 for xrays and cleaning out of pocket. Fine. After waiting all this time I assume that I will get a thorough cleaning. The dentist small talks me which is fine if we are going to do a good job. He tells me I have no cavities and proceed to pass the cleaning paste on my teeth for a total of 3 mins. I have spent more time brushing my own teeth and at every other dentist I have gone to. This is not what I expected when I paid 250$

Do NOT COME HERE. do not waste your insurance. If you make an appointment you will wait an hour. The most disgusting place to get anything done does not look cleanly.

This is not by appointment it's first come first serve. My appointment was at 11:30 yet it's 1 o'clock and there's still people in front of me. Also they're not social distancing in the waiting area and not all staff are wearing mask. Ridiculous!
