As a child, Erin knew she wanted to be in a profession that involved helping people. She has always been interested in science and was a participant in the international science fair twice. Erin knew she wanted to be a dentist in 2002 when she worked at the LSU dental school out-patient clinic as a lab assistant. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry from Tulane University. While at Tulane, she had two research projects published, as well as research that was patented. Dr. Steib graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry with honors in 2009. She and her husband Brad have two beautiful children that keep them busy and entertained. Friends, family and patients describe her as compassionate, warm, and friendly, and she is a self-described perfectionist. When not practicing dentistry, this busy mom enjoys shopping, attending church, going to the movies, dining out, entertaining family and friends, and most importantly, being a wife and mother.
With over 13 years of experience in the dental field as a Registered Dental Assistant, Michelle has had the pleasure of making peoples smiles come to life. She takes pride in providing patients with a relaxed and comfortable environment from the moment they walk in until the moment they leave. The most rewarding part of her day is empowering patients to take control of their dental care and seeing them with confident, healthy smiles after treatment. Her own beautiful smile and understanding nature make it easy for patients to feel comfortable with her. Michelle has two amazing sons who keep her busy with school activities and fun board games. She loves to build forts with them and enjoy movie nights together.
Sheila was born and raised in Brenham and moved to the Houston area in 2004. She has been an active part of the dental field for since 1998. She started as a Dental Assistant where she quickly became passionate about dentistry. Her passion inspired her to further her education by becoming a Dental Hygienist. She is involved with multiple dental hygiene study groups in order to stay current in the field. Sheilas favorite part of her job is providing patients the experience of good dental care and the feeling of a great smile. She loves getting to know her patients and building longterm relationships. She enjoys hanging out with her husband and dogs, reading, watching movies, baking, and traveling.
