Staff and Dentist were all nice and informative. The Dentist makes sure your numb and painless while doing the procedure. I recommend this to anyone to come here. They are reasonable and will work with you.

This place the dental family is great they're kind friendly and most of all excellent dental work I walked sad and depressed about my mouth and my smile and now I can't stop smiling I use to watch the commercials on the tv wondering how can I afford it but I went in and we'll I'm sure you know the rest so yeah thank you universal Dentistry for boosting my self esteem

Robin was the young lady that assisted me on my visit, told when I walk in that they were running behind schedule (which I appreciate). She also took the time to listen to what my concerns with my partial and returned my partial feeling pretty good thus far. Also reminded me that if I have any concerns please free to call. Universal Dentistry is the place to go to get your smile back. I started my procedure around four months ago and it was not only worth my money but the best decision I have made in a very long time. The dentist there are kind, courteous and very patient with me. I always felt safe there with me being afraid of dentist and needles, I still was comfortable enough to keep coming back. The office is always clean which is very important to me ( especially with covid lurking around). There is never a time when you walk in the door and you are greeted with a smile, Also lets not forget the office manager who takes the time to make your appointments to work around your schedule. Over all if you need a good nice clean dentist office to go to then i suggest you go to Universal Dentistry in Willow Grove, and its right across the road from the mall so you can get your shopping in too.

Very pleased with my whole experience at Universal Dentistry. It was the first time I had to have an implant. Very experienced, very accommodating. I had been there prior for routine cleanings and checkups. All my dental need will be done at Universal Dentistry at Willow Grove.

I was reluctant to go here because I heard and read bad reviews in the pass But... I was desperate and need emergency services the first thing was they gave me a discolored denture and had to send it back then they charge me for a service that I never got and I had to fight them for my return I did get it back after I contacted my own bank then I got another denture that is too big and uncomfortable I wish I never went there It sucks But the staff was nice at least my asset. Was Horrible I should have follow my first mind and not go but everyone deserves a chance Bad choice on my behalf

Had a really good experience. The staff was very courteous. The Dr explained everything before any work was done. They made sure I was comfortable with the new teeth. They are always available if there are any problems.

The staff is so kind, Stacy at the front desk is always smiling and makes you feel welcome. The oral surgeon and dental assistants are fantastic and answer all your questions. I had surgery to receive dental implants and during the placement of the implant the dentist repeatedly checked on me to make sure I was comfortable and not feeling any pain. It has been 5 weeks since my implant placement and I have been back for a checkup with no issues. Very mild pain on the day of the surgery and quick healing thanks to an excellent surgeon. I highly recommend this office!
