Awful. They said it would take 6 months to get dentures. It's been over a year, they don't fit right. Talking to them about it is pointless. Many of my appointments were canceled, some less than 20 mins before they were to start. An appointment was made that I wasn't told about, then I was called and asked why I wasn't there. When my upper teeth were removed, I didn't get stitches. I bleed and was dizzy for 4 days and woke of with giants clumps of blood in my mouth. When my lower teeth were removed, I did get stitches and was fine the next day. I was told I couldn't get my lower teeth pulled on the day of my appointment because I had impacted wisdom teeth (they might, someday, maybe, down the line, possibly cause an issue. What kind of issue? I was never told). They threatened to send me home. I was spoken to like I was a child and threatened like this several times. I was told my healing dentures would have to be adjusted a few times during the several months I had them. They were not adjusted once, when I asked for adjustments I was told, "We don't do adjustments on healing dentures until AFTER you get your deluxe ones. The last two months or so I had them, they hurt too much to wear, let alone eat with. I recently went in to get adjustments on the "deluxe dentures" (which aren't deluxe at all. they have a mis-formed tooth by the way) and the tech could not believe that they weren't perfect fitting right away and couldn't believe I needed them worked on. It was impossible to eat right or speak well from Sept 21 to July 22. That's a disgrace. I need my dentures adjusted again, but don't want to call because what's the point? This place is is horrible, if I had to do it again, I'd do it myself before I went here. I'd rather rip out all my own teeth and build my own dentures instead of dealing with these people.

What can I say about Universal Dentistry. I have started my implants in November of 2020 today it's August 2022 and I still don't have my permanent teeth. I was told when I first went there that it would take 8 to 12 months, well that never happened. I'm well over 1 year and 8 months. If I knew it was going to take this long I would have never done it. They tell you that you will always have teeth during the process but that don't tell you that you can't eat with them. Beware of the length of time that they tell you it will take.

I have nothing but positive remarks! I had 2 crowns done with a preliminary exam and deep cleaning. It was a smooth and painless experience from start to finish over 4 visits. Although they were out of network with my dental plan, they were accommodating with providing the documents for insurance reimbursement. I will be back for future service! Thanks Universal Dentistry!

I have been getting dental work done at the Springfield UD, for over a year. I must say customer service has been awesome, however the dental work is horrible, my dentures keep breaking, Amongst other malfunctions i have been dealing with, another one of my caps have came out in the front of my mouth again smh.. I went back to them only to hear that they can not do anything about it, they had to add the tooth to my parcel, and I have to pay another thousand dollars. WARNING!!! DO NOT GO HERE! I have paid over 5thousand dollars out of pocket I am so disappointed..

I signed up for a tooth implant. The Springfield office is a convenient location for me. Office Staffs (Lauren and Will) always give a warm welcome in each visit. Dr. Denmark, a academic scholar and an excellent clinical practitioner, carried out the work exceptionally well. He has given me the options and guidance during the healing phase and implanting phase. I also had a chance to meet Dr. Burton and Dr. Kareem who have nice bedside manner and keeping high professional standard as well.

Do not go here. As a prospective emergency patient, I called the office to see if they had an appointment available. Upon learning that they do not accept my insurance i quickly tried to end the call when the receptionist stated they could finance my appointment and that the places that accept my insurance wouldn't be able to see me for months. This is a fear tactic to upswell their financing, mostly to live off the backs of poor people. If you don't mind supporting bigots, go ahead and go here. I'd recommend literally anywhere else

The staff was excellent professional and competent. My technician was pleasant and put me at ease while she did her job and x-rayed my mouth. She explained what she was going to do every step of the way and did it well My dentist was also pleasant and through She explained her findings after she read my x-rays in a manner that was easy to understand She cleaned my teeth without a hint of pain and repaired a cavity also without a hint of pain her work was flawless And the cost of the work I had done was reasonable I will recommend Universal Dentistry to anyone looking for great dental work at reasonable pricing

It's been a real struggle for me in the past several years and my teeth took most of the brunt. I was nervous going in from past experiences. I have never been treated with so much respect and genuine care than I did during my visit. I'm going to have extensive dental work and would not think about going anywhere else. The entire staff including the doctors and specialist go beyond to make sure you are comfortable and well taken care of.

I REALLY PICKED THIS DENTISTRY BECAUSE OF EVELYN THE DENTAL TECHNICIAN!!!!! Evelyn was my first encounter when I got into the chair and we talked for an hour... she made me feel so comfortable she listened to understand and made sure that I would have all my needs met!!! I knew within the first 5 mins of being in the office talking to Evelyn and then meeting the rest of the staff that this would be the dentist for me! You guys are AMAZING AND I LOVE IT HERE!!

Hello my name is Erika Taylor. Today I visited the Springfield universal dentistry. It was a fantastic experience. Dr. Burton who preformed my procedure was amazing. He was kind and explained everything. He had a wonderful sense of humor and a great voice. I was very tense upon my arrival but a few minutes into my procedure I was very relaxed thanks to dr burtons way of doing things. This has been a wonderful experience. The staff is super.
