I appreciated the level of expertise and professionalism shown with respect to my desire for dentures that were both functional and attractive. Ashley, the technician who worked on my fittings and "installation" , made me feel that my satisfaction as a patient was important. She listened to me and made adjustments as requested. In addition, the environment was pleasant and welcoming, and there were no hidden fees! I am pleased with the service and finished product rendered by Universal Dentistry of Cherry Hill.

Not impressed they left roots in my mouth had to go back twice guess what they still didn't get them all still have one root left yep just a bit nervous about getting the last one out don't know what to do and yes it hurts its not a good place to have work done to be fair after going back twice and yet still left the 3rd root and yes they asked me to return but why would I no trust plus very painful be where once you get there the price change I would choose another place to go yes am still having pain from the last root left in my mouth for this much money they should have got it right the first time

I had a very pleasant experience @ Universal Dentistry. Pain free, I am a baby when it comes to visiting the dentist, but all was good. I highly recommend UD for all your dental needs!!

I was reluctant to return to Universal Dentistry after a less than pleasant experience in Springfield PA 20 years ago. I returned because of a laps in dental care after relocating and I could not get an appointment with a new dentist. My experience at Cherry Hill has been wonderful. Although it is the "dentist" office because of a light and fun atmosphere with friendly staff has renewed my experiences with U.D. The energy in the office certainly has reduced anxiety about getting work done. Although they are out of network Amy prepared and printed out insurance claim forms and I was able to just send them off with no problem.

Amy an Dr. Jessica are the best ever. The service they provide an professionalism is awesome. I've had 4 procedures during this health crisis an their safety protocol is spot on, every visit. The paperwork follow up knowing exactly what your charges are is clearly noted. 5 stars to this Dentistry I would recommend this facility to everyone.

The dental staff are all amazing with such great personalities. I had an extraction with a bone graft done and no pain. I also had a temporary bridge placed which they had no problem adjusting to my level of comfort. Thank you to the lovely staff here at Cherry Hill!

Today I had dental work that I put off for 20 years. My fear of the dentist caused me to allow myself infection after infection, with less and less confidence in my smile and ultimately myself. This last abscess reminded me that my health was suffering. The experience I had today made me regret only one thing: that I had put myself through years of suffering for nothing. The kindness of the staff today was so calming. Although I don't have final results yet because I am only 2 hours out of my appt, my review will not change. The teeth they made for me are beautiful. The extractions I just knew were going to take at least an hour took less than 2 minutes. I was comforted, reassured, and truly felt cared about. I've cried at the dentist many times. Whether it was fear or pain, I have cried. Today I cried too, only because I was so grateful and relieved because of the experience I had in that chair. If you are thinking about getting anything done, do it. Jump in. I'm someone with a severe dentist phobia and panic attacks happen every appointment I've ever had. Not this one. This time I left with a new smile and the utmost respect for the women who took the time to make sure I saw that I was their number one priority while I was there. I couldn't be more grateful for this office.

Awesome staff Maria at the front desk is a great asset. If it wasn't for her, I would have never been a patient! She is so awesome that, I got work done and they dont even except my insurance! Lol (never thought it could happen) The staff and doctors go above and beyond to ease the stress of their patients and I have to give much credit to Jenn, dental assistant! Very knowledgeable and personable. Thank you Univrsal Dentistry for hand picking your staff and if your reading reviews, you are in GOD's hands here!
