If you are looking for kind, compassionate professionals to work with you....KEEP LOOKING!!!!!! These people couldn't get my implants correct after two castings and at least15 adjustment visits. I lost all hope and self esteem, these people did nothing to fix it

Went there last week in a lot of pain with an infection in my mouth. They were very friendly up until I told them I wasn't going to be doing the $7700 worth of work my mouth needed. Then told me they wouldn't give me a prescription because my mouth wasn't infected I was just in pain because of broken teeth. Went somewhere else got the antibiotics I needed and the infection and pain are gone with no dental work done. I understand I need a lot of work done but I paid the 50 dollars for the appointment and think it's messed up they wouldn't give me the prescription I needed just because I told them I wasn't moving forward with work I couldn't afford. Edited to reply I didn't feel entitled to another prescription after getting one I had to go somewhere else to get the prescription after they told me I didn't need antibiotics for an infection that did. They didn't explain that they said no it wasn't infected it just hurt because of broken teeth. The last time I was on antibiotics was over a year ago it wasn't constant lol nothing was explained about other options either they told me they offered financing and I declined which im glad I did because I went to a dentist who takes insurance and was cheaper

Everyone at the Bensalem office is terrific Jamie and Dominique and the doctors and entire staff they were extremely helpful and patience they made the entire process believe it r not very satisfying they work with you every step of the way the atmosphere was pleasant and not stressful they all fid a beautiful job I couldn't be happier they are the best thank you guys for everything

Wow what a great experience. From the moment I walked in the door, I felt like family. Jamie and Dom at the front desk were extremely helpful and so accommodating. They answered every question I had regarding treatment and payment, and were patient when I was confused. Once I was brought back, the two assistants Hillary and Addie could not have been better. They made this the best experience at the dentist I have had in a long time!! I found my new dental office, and would recommend to all my family and friends.

Everyone at the Bensalem office is sooo nice! They really care and did everything to put me at ease because I was so scared. My immediate dentures didn't fit and they are doing everything they can to adjust them and will even remake them if necessary. They were also alot less expensive then the 2 other places I went years ago to see how much getting many teeth removed and dentures. I saved alot coming here.

1st class dentistry,,,,the staff the doctors/dentist,,,,all 1st class, professional,,,staff were all so awesome,,,they don't accept insurance but I will go here always now,,,and I have dental insurance. Give them try.

Went to the Bensalem office. The staff is amazing, special shot out to Jamie and Dr. Denmark. The office is very clean and Covid ready. No long waiting time. Looking forward to my next visit. Thank you guy's for kind and caring.

I purchased a 1,000.00 denture a year ago and had to have it repaired three times ,twice cause teeth fell out! So no do not go there! The girl at the desk is extremely rude and obnoxious!

Everyone was so caring and helpful. I got the snap in snap out bottom plate. I had to have a few adjustments in the beginning. But everyone was so patient with me. It took about a month of adjustments but everything is great now. So happy to be able to eat all the foods I could not eat before. Thanks to all.

This is to let those who do not know about Universal Dentistry, that they should definitely check them out. The work they perform is top-shelf, let alone the staff helping you through it all because it can be a traumatic experience; but they make it not so traumatic and very pleasant . Thanks to all at Universal Dentistry from the excellent Doctor to the fantastic staff.

I am so happy!! ! my teeth look awesome, I was so happy that I cried, from the very 1st visit I was nervous The staff from the front desk were wonderful , so reassuring every time I went and from my new appearance, the lady that I spent most of the time with (sorry I don't remember her name) Was kind and like a friend, she would say don't be nervous today. today is a Happy Day, how right you are, I couldn't be happier, thank you thank you thank you, the doctors are Great friendly yet Professional, they helped me decide to make my decision and I am very happy with my decision, I love love love my teeth See you in 6 months for my cleaning! I had to get 2 extractions and a root canal. The dentist is very efficient and took the time to answer all of my questions, and made sure I was comfortable and not feeling any pain. The staff is very friendly and professional.

The product I received was what I expected. It was made well. I haven't had to use fixodent to keep them in for weeks. The color and fit was perfect! The staff was very nice and knowledgeable. The only thing I didn't expect was that they didn't do the billing to your insurance. They provided a form which I completed and mailed after everything was done. Did not have to go back for any rework either.

Since my first visit at woodhaven office, the staff went through all the Covid procedures every single time. The office is spotless no matter what cubicle I was in. The most important is all the staff is professional, pleasant and helpful. I felt relaxed and listened to with my concerns or questions. I had 3 teeth pulled and partials made. Many visits and every time the staff was great! Quality of work is exceptional. I highly recommend University Dentistry.

I've been dealing with universal dentistry in Bensalem For the past 8 years I've had crowns put in implants put in Ive had my teeth cleaned.. Besides being A nice friendly relaxing environment They're prices were very reasonable also.. And I'll say Throughout the whole 8 years my Experience with them For me was 5 star.... Thank you Tom and staff for a great job!!
