I went in to make an appt, but since they had a cancellation, they were able to fit me in that day! Dr. Robinson was really great and the staff was just amazing. Louise and Rosa were total sweethearts.

My experience was very positive, very professional office staff. Dr. Robinson did an excellent job, my filling and crown were well done without any pain. Most of all her bed side manners was great, she explained every step of the way. Overall excellent job.

Staff is friendly. A Latina Lady named Rosa, even though she doesn't speak English she's very kind and tries to cooperate in the office. Dentist was kind. My impression for the crown was not correctly done but Dr. Robinsson made sure to re do the impression of my teeth to finish the job...

They were thoughtful in their approaches and listened to my feedback. I called this dental office and representative is really rude. She just talks whatever she wants and doesn't listen what patient want to talk . She doesn't listen at all and I feel I get ignore from her. I feel so bad after I call with her and she doesn't give me any help. I will not go to this NY West NJ dental anymore because of her unkindness.

They are great from front to back! Been coming here a few years now i have recommended family and friends to come here and they love it. I usually make my appointments with Elaine and she is always helpful and gets me in quickly and at a convenient time for me. Dr. Anna is very professional and love how she tells you exactly how it is. Love this place.

This is an excellent place! Very clean and modern. A professional and friendly staff and I truly feel that I receive top level service every time I come in. I have been coming here for years and they are always very accommodating to your needs and work around my busy schedule so I can be in and out every appointment. Dr. Anna is great! She's smart, friendly and does her job well along with the rest of the staff. The office manager Elaine is always very welcoming and will go out of her way to make sure you have a pleasant visit. My whole family and now even boyfriend and in-laws come here. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a great Dentist!

The primary aspect that i like about U.D. is the treatment, and environmental towards their patients making you feel that you truly matter and welcome. They are professional and friendly!! from staff to technicians, and specialist. I totally recommend Universal Dental to anyone looking to get work or treatment done on their dentures

I don't know what these people are talking about it was a circus to me.They have you on display so everybody from the street can see you. It's like a circus display. I felt bad humiliated, I just wanted to get out. They shoved that x ray machine in your mouth hard. I've been to other dentists before. That felt like a torture machine they were still learning how to use.. When I told them they consider that normal. I think she was doing it on purpose so I don't return. On the way out the door slammed hard. I don;t know if they did it on purpose or by accident. I am never going back to that circus hell.
