At Universal Dental Clinics our goal is to continue to create a healthy generation by promoting the importance of oral health, and educating the community by raising awareness. In order for us to achieve our goal, we created a Marketing & Public Relations Department that is responsible for implementing our plans in the communities, by engaging our patients, and partnering with local NGOs, Schools and Businesses.
At Universal Dental Clinics, our patients oral health is our top priority. Therefore, we created a Customer Service Department that works 365 days a year to insure proper communication with our patients before and after their visits, to reach 100% patient satisfaction.
As technology becomes the dominating factor in our lives, here at Universal Dental Clinics, we have decided to take the next step to the future by enhancing and developing our technology. To improve our patients experience we created our IT Department to maintain our cutting-edge machine and software. Our dedicated team keeps us connected with our patients!

Universal Dental Clinics is a professional dental group that has multiple dental practices in the Chicagoland area. The first location was established in June of 2007 in City of Orland Park, beginning with the dedication of one Dentist, one Manager and two staff members. In the present day, Universal Dental has expanded across Chicago and suburban area to make our services convenient. We currently have more than 90 professional passionate doctors and staff; we proudly established a large base of satisfied patients.
Furthermore, Universal Dental Clinics has initiated the School-Based Oral Health program Yes for Education; No for Oral Disease and Family Plan Membership. These programs were initiated to ensure everyone in the community receives the proper and affordable dental care along with raising the awareness of commendable oral health at a very early age.
As Universal Dental continues to grow significantly, the corporate office was opened in 2012 in the City of Burbank to manage all patients services and concerns. It consists of marketing and public relations department, accounting department, billing department, and a customer service department. This tool is used to qualify how well it reflects overall patient satisfaction and outcome from the viewpoint of the patient, to ensure patients gain the best service they deserve.

Pretty sure this clicic is soliciting reviews from family or friends because they are terrible. Most 5 star reviewers here have only reviewed this establishment. Not impossible but very eyebrow raising.

Run Run Run!!! This is the worst dentist I've ever encountered!! Malpractice lawsuit coming I paid for veneers and they were crooked, gapped and margin's not covered. Dr Bob ruined my teeth and Dr Romaha removed them and promised to correct them and it's been 5 months and my teeth are ruined. I'm stuck looking for a dentist and a lawsuit pending!! Worst mistake in My life!!!

I honestly don't know how this clinic received the good reviews that it did. I've been going there for maybe 3years now and I've never been satisfied with their hospitality and professionalism at the front desk. I can never recall a time I've been greeted. More times than not unprofessional conversations between staff are held and it's just very off-putting. What's saved me from changing all this time is that it's close to me and I've only made appointments for myself and usually the dentist and assistant will sometimes make up for the bad taste reception leaves. The final straw for me is when against my better judgement I decided to schedule appointments for my family. Upond walking in once again we weren't greeted. It was literally three people at the desk and nobody said a word. When someone finally decided to speak they just asked for our name. I could see the turned off look on my fiance's face who was obviously thinking the same thing as I was. Long story short, I made appointments for 3ppl and only one was serviced. My fiance was told at the appointment they didnt take his insurance even though we called and confirmed they did 2weeks prior. We also found it really tacky that theres a gumball machine in the middle of a dental clinic where good oral hygience is suppose to be encouraged. As inconvenient as it will be we are finding another office.

Worse fckn dentist they can't answer the phone EVER you go in their rude your on the phone with them their rude I shouldn't have to go all the way up there for a question those new employees are terrible do better

If I could I would give this dental office a 0. This dental office constantly change appointment times and cancel appointments without my knowledge. Not only for my child, as well for my husband. Even after calling, they will say one thing, and they still do what they want to do with no agreement. I will never refer anyone to this dental office.
