In order for us to achieve our goal, we created a Marketing & Public Relations Department that is responsible for implementing our plans in the communities, by engaging our patients, and partnering with local NGOs, Schools and Businesses.
At Universal Dental Clinics, our patients oral health is our top priority. Therefore, we created a Customer Service Department that works 365 days a year to insure proper communication with our patients before and after their visits, to reach 100% patient satisfaction.
As technology becomes the dominating factor in our lives, here at Universal Dental Clinics, we have decided to take the next step to the future by enhancing and developing our technology. To improve our patients experience we created our IT Department to maintain our cutting-edge machine and software. Our dedicated team keeps us connected with our patients!

Universal Dental Clinics is a professional dental group that has multiple dental practices in the Chicagoland area. The first location was established in June of 2007 in City of Orland Park, beginning with the dedication of one Dentist, one Manager and two staff members. In the present day, Universal Dental has expanded across Chicago and suburban area to make our services convenient. We currently have more than 90 professional passionate doctors and staff; we proudly established a large base of satisfied patients.
Furthermore, Universal Dental Clinics has initiated the School-Based Oral Health program Yes for Education; No for Oral Disease and Family Plan Membership. These programs were initiated to ensure everyone in the community receives the proper and affordable dental care along with raising the awareness of commendable oral health at a very early age.
As Universal Dental continues to grow significantly, the corporate office was opened in 2012 in the City of Burbank to manage all patients services and concerns. It consists of marketing and public relations department, accounting department, billing department, and a customer service department. This tool is used to qualify how well it reflects overall patient satisfaction and outcome from the viewpoint of the patient, to ensure patients gain the best service they deserve.

Run Run Run the Worst dentist office in Illinois. I am currently seeking legal counseling due to the horrible service I received from this company. Went thru 3 offices and paid for veneer's and they were crooked gapped and not aligned and margin's not covered. I went for a second opinion and was asked did they do this on purpose ? I've called every day for weeks asking for a refund and no one returns my call. My insurance has been notified and American dental association will be involved as well as my lawyer!!!

Incredibly thankful to have found this clinic. I was able to make an appointment quickly and the entire staff was kind and welcoming. I've always had a bit of anxiety surrounding dental work, so I easily get nervous at dentist offices. Despite staff wearing masks I could see them smiling when they welcomed me which helped me feel more at ease. During my cleaning the hygienist asked multiple times if I was ok, because I had told him my gums are quite sensitive due to pregnancy. I think the dentist I saw was Dr Ramaha but I'm not sure on the name. He was very nice and explained things well. I'm glad to have had such a nice experience and plan to use Universal Dental for my future dental needs.

I came to this bases on my new insurance. I was nervous because I had been with my other dentist for 20 years. Dema was and is my dentist she was amazing. The entire office is clean, very modern. Kind and courteous. I am grateful to be here and glad that I and my insurance made the choice. The equipment is state of the art and they send great reminders and do great work

I had a deep cleaning and exam with Fatiha was very gentle with the needle and thorough with the polishing. I'm very satisfied and will return and recommend them to my friends and family

AVOID AVOID they send me a bill without any description or visit date. I got only 1 final notice with warning to send for collection. I went to office they refused to tell me what this bill for. Then they removed the amount for this bill without telling me any reason or date. I believe they are SCAM

Went in to get a cavity filled, left with pain and filling stuck in between my tooth. Had to find another dentist to help and to tell me I needed a root canal because they filled it incorrectly.

I love Universal Dental on 159 in Orland Park. The staff especially Carlos and Doctor Ramsey always give me and my son all star excellent treatment. I feel very safe with letting them take good care of my teeth !! They don't try and scam you for unnecessary treatments. Very good!!!

Dr. Naimah is incredible. Not only has she taken great care of my teeth, but also she is lovely to speak with at every appointment. It's rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of dentistry . I highly recommend becoming her patient! Her assistant Kadeer was a wonderful and always helpful and kind. She explained everything to me in a very clear manner. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone.

This has to be the best place ever! I feel like I have known everyone there for years and they truly make you feel comfortable! Great staff and beautiful office! Everyone in the office were friendly and a delight! From the receptionist, office staff, and dentist!! I simply can't say how impressed and thankful.what an amazing lady was in the reception , respectful , well mannered and very beautiful Definitely would recommend to others!

Super unprofessional place. The receptionist rolled her eyes and gave me attitude the whole time I was trying to explain to her what I needed to be done. Then she continued to go talk to the dentist badly about me as if I couldn't hear it and he was very unprofessional as well. I will never come back here again or refer anyone to this place.

Not terrible. The dental hygienist was nice and the place was fine, but it felt very rushed and somewhat unorganized. I'm pretty sure my cleaning was only 10 min, which I don't believe that is enough time for a good cleaning. I was waiting longer for the doctor to check me than the actual cleaning. They said everything was good, but I did mention that my tooth was somewhat hurting/sensitive. So I guess its nothing? I also know that my wisdom teeth are coming out, but also nothing was said. Overall, you get what you get. It was close and convenient, and they did clean my teeth. Also they did get me in almost right away, which was nice.

My kids love the dentist because of all the people working here they are all super nice and professional I just had some work done on my teeth today I never have to wait very long they always get us in and out as fast as they can!

This place is the worst clinic u will think u go to. Doctors not professional at all , after the deep clean I had the doctor touched the nerve and of course didn't wanna tell me I suffered from the pain after that and everytime I go see to complete the rest of fillings and ask him about the pain he said doesn't why and I'm not supposed to feel any pain. I couldn't handle the pain and I went to other dentist and he explained that the first doctor touched the nerve . I paid $3800 from removing the nerve and fixing the tooth. Today my daughter has an appointment when i went there they said u dont have an appt i showed them the number from their office they call me they said oh we have new girls for training i think they call u they don't know. After i drove all the way there and canceled my other appointments. Girls there in front desk are not really professional they ate so rude . I dont advice nobody to go there.

Love Dr.Ramsey totally saved my life and created a beautiful smile..so patient with high anxiety patients like me ...took some time but after the accident I was in I wasn't sure I'd ever have my smile back and I do! I love it and so does everyone I know..

Dr. Naimeh Issa at the Orland Square location is fantastic. She explained every step of my procedure, she was very efficient and I felt no pain. I highly recommend her for any dental needs.
