In order for us to achieve our goal, we created a Marketing & Public Relations Department that is responsible for implementing our plans in the communities, by engaging our patients, and partnering with local NGOs, Schools and Businesses.
At Universal Dental Clinics, our patients oral health is our top priority. Therefore, we created a Customer Service Department that works 365 days a year to insure proper communication with our patients before and after their visits, to reach 100% patient satisfaction.
As technology becomes the dominating factor in our lives, here at Universal Dental Clinics, we have decided to take the next step to the future by enhancing and developing our technology. To improve our patients experience we created our IT Department to maintain our cutting-edge machine and software. Our dedicated team keeps us connected with our patients!

Universal Dental Clinics is a professional dental group that has multiple dental practices in the Chicagoland area. The first location was established in June of 2007 in City of Orland Park, beginning with the dedication of one Dentist, one Manager and two staff members. In the present day, Universal Dental has expanded across Chicago and suburban area to make our services convenient. We currently have more than 90 professional passionate doctors and staff; we proudly established a large base of satisfied patients.
Furthermore, Universal Dental Clinics has initiated the School-Based Oral Health program Yes for Education; No for Oral Disease and Family Plan Membership. These programs were initiated to ensure everyone in the community receives the proper and affordable dental care along with raising the awareness of commendable oral health at a very early age.
As Universal Dental continues to grow significantly, the corporate office was opened in 2012 in the City of Burbank to manage all patients services and concerns. It consists of marketing and public relations department, accounting department, billing department, and a customer service department. This tool is used to qualify how well it reflects overall patient satisfaction and outcome from the viewpoint of the patient, to ensure patients gain the best service they deserve.

The worse orthodontist clinic I've ever encountered. Unprofessional and doesn't answer calls/emails. My son took multiple X-rays and the results were never sent to insurance company. They have no letterhead documents for referrals. Don't waste your time at this clinic. The orthodontist was senile and the workers don't get anything accomplished. Beware of this office. Don't waste your time dealing with this unprofessional staff.

Never been In a worst clinic ! Had appointment for 9am , was seen at 10:30 just to be told they have no time for me to reschedule in 6 weeks , same thing after 6 weeks happened waiting for over an hour just to be told come back Monday no time today. Bye bye ! You will never see me again !

This is worst place ever they have put me through hell since last year I got just for a filling worst dentist ever. Went on vacation not knowing it was going to get worse during my vacation and ruined it! They unded up doing a 2 part root canal still in so much pain after weeks. Called back and ended up get a special recommended and I was told they damaged my tooth leaving metal particles inside my tooth so it had to be extracted because of the damage they did! A year later still pain and suffering now want me to pay after I was told they would take care of it because they did the damage! Horrible place don't go there!

Where do I start . I am a selfpaid customer so I do expect good service. About a year ago my wife came In for a simple tooth removal. But it ended up being a nightmare. From having young kids that didn't know what they were doing to using same equipment on different customers. They ended up doing a terrible job were my wife got a bad infection that costed us a few thousand going different places. when coming back and explained to owner he said I will take care of all cost.. well today he said no we would have to pay for there mistakes.. I was being a nice guy giving him an opportunity to take care of what they did wrong but he started talking down to me like I was a nobody unfortunately for him he has no idea who I am and the people I know.... all I can say is see u in court my freind... and for advise get it in writing to make sure they don't change their mind good thing for me I have the mistakes they did in writing from a different dentist

I would give this office 10 stars if I could! I had very high anxiety about visiting a dentist after many years of neglect. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Carlos was absolutely wonderful and comforting while cleaning my teeth. The Doctor and assistants treated me with such kindness, care, and compassion! I HIGHLY recommend! Thank you Carlos! today i went in for a routine checkup and cleaning and the front desk was very welcoming. i want to specifically point of dana because she was very nice and helpful. the person that cleaned my teeth, Mohammad Alcherif, did such a great job and had a very gentle touch. i give this a 10/10 and would recommend this dental place for all my friends and family.
