At Universal Dental Clinics, our patients oral health is our top priority. Therefore, we created a Customer Service Department that works 365 days a year to insure proper communication with our patients before and after their visits, to reach 100% patient satisfaction.
As technology becomes the dominating factor in our lives, here at Universal Dental Clinics, we have decided to take the next step to the future by enhancing and developing our technology. To improve our patients experience we created our IT Department to maintain our cutting-edge machine and software. Our dedicated team keeps us connected with our patients!

Universal Dental Clinics is a professional dental group that has multiple dental practices in the Chicagoland area. The first location was established in June of 2007 in City of Orland Park, beginning with the dedication of one Dentist, one Manager and two staff members. In the present day, Universal Dental has expanded across Chicago and suburban area to make our services convenient. We currently have more than 90 professional passionate doctors and staff; we proudly established a large base of satisfied patients.
Furthermore, Universal Dental Clinics has initiated the School-Based Oral Health program Yes for Education; No for Oral Disease and Family Plan Membership. These programs were initiated to ensure everyone in the community receives the proper and affordable dental care along with raising the awareness of commendable oral health at a very early age.
As Universal Dental continues to grow significantly, the corporate office was opened in 2012 in the City of Burbank to manage all patients services and concerns. It consists of marketing and public relations department, accounting department, billing department, and a customer service department. This tool is used to qualify how well it reflects overall patient satisfaction and outcome from the viewpoint of the patient, to ensure patients gain the best service they deserve.
