In order for us to achieve our goal, we created a Marketing & Public Relations Department that is responsible for implementing our plans in the communities, by engaging our patients, and partnering with local NGOs, Schools and Businesses.
At Universal Dental Clinics, our patients oral health is our top priority. Therefore, we created a Customer Service Department that works 365 days a year to insure proper communication with our patients before and after their visits, to reach 100% patient satisfaction.
As technology becomes the dominating factor in our lives, here at Universal Dental Clinics, we have decided to take the next step to the future by enhancing and developing our technology. To improve our patients experience we created our IT Department to maintain our cutting-edge machine and software. Our dedicated team keeps us connected with our patients!

Universal Dental Clinics is a professional dental group that has multiple dental practices in the Chicagoland area. The first location was established in June of 2007 in City of Orland Park, beginning with the dedication of one Dentist, one Manager and two staff members. In the present day, Universal Dental has expanded across Chicago and suburban area to make our services convenient. We currently have more than 90 professional passionate doctors and staff; we proudly established a large base of satisfied patients.
Furthermore, Universal Dental Clinics has initiated the School-Based Oral Health program Yes for Education; No for Oral Disease and Family Plan Membership. These programs were initiated to ensure everyone in the community receives the proper and affordable dental care along with raising the awareness of commendable oral health at a very early age.
As Universal Dental continues to grow significantly, the corporate office was opened in 2012 in the City of Burbank to manage all patients services and concerns. It consists of marketing and public relations department, accounting department, billing department, and a customer service department. This tool is used to qualify how well it reflects overall patient satisfaction and outcome from the viewpoint of the patient, to ensure patients gain the best service they deserve.

Im sorry but this place has shift to the worst trough the years, I used to like the service when they were located by the BP gas station. The waiting time is horrible they schedule you at a certain time and the actually take you in an hour later! No to mention the receptionist scheduling the apps have no idea of the sequence they work on I was confirmed that my son will get his cavities treated & when i got there (50 min drive) they told me i have to schedule for a different day because doctor doesn't do cleaning & treats cavities same day (EVEN THOUGH RECEPTIONIST CONFIRMED OTHERWISE) They should look at patients archives before promising a procedure they can't do and make people waist their time. (2 hours for a simple cleaning)

I hate to give them a 1 because they dentist was genuinely great, and I'm overall happy with the work they did. Their front desk people, however, are awful (along with however they deal with their billing). I got some dental work done and at the time was told everything was paid off. Then, 7 months later, I get a bill in the mail. I called to ask why I got the bill because I was told everything was paid for (and it had been months since I had gone there). They didn't have any response to me, so they took my name and told me they'd call back when it was sorted out. I wait a few days and get no calls. I call them again to follow up, and it's as if they completely forgot I ever called. They take my name again but also asked for my number. I assume they never called because they either didn't have my number, or they genuinely forgot. Seriously, either fix your entire system that allows this to happen (I saw other reviews with similar experiences from YEARS ago) or hire receptionists that actually follow up on calls. Any kind of information would be nice. Extremely unprofessional and grossly negligent.

Have a lot of messed up teeth from a bad accident years ago. Been to quite a few dentists (mostly not so good ones). I got into Universal Dental in Elgin and so far things couldn't be better. Dr. Rumaha calmed my fears, numbed me up, and in a matter of a few minutes the cause of much pain and infection were gone. Been almost a month, mouth is healing well. Now just have to get the rest of my needed work done, which will hopefully be finished by the end of 2021. A big thumbs up to all of the staff here for taking care of me so good.

Whatever you do, DO NOT COME HERE!!! WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD AT A DENTIST. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING TO THIS AWFUL PLACE!! (It was so terrible that i felt compelled to write my first review to warn people) First of all, the woman at the front desk was very unprofessional; she was literally falling asleep on the job. Second of all, I was there for almost 4 hours waiting for a cleaning to be done which was such an incredibly ridiculous wait time for just a cleaning. Third of all, because the doctor was busy, the assistant had been the one to check out my teeth, in which I had been told I had 4 cavities which I refused to believe and ended up being completely false (i went to another dentist afterward and had none). And an assistant SHOULD NOT be the one to be performing the checkup just because it's too busy for the actual doctor to see me. I can't even imagine how many other people were told they have problems when they don't truly have anything wrong... also as i was leaving there were so many people waiting.

The lady that's in the front desk today definitely needs to get fired. We took my sister today for an appointment and they asked us if we've gone there before. We said yeah but we also take her to another place. The lady decided to get all moody and tell us "we'll keep taking her over there" and she didn't want to attend us.

I have had nothing but good experiences at this dental office. Dr. Suzi is the best dentist i ever had. She pulled my wisdom tooth with no pain and took less than 5 minutes. The cleanings are awesome. And the office staff is always kind and gets back to me on any messages I leave. Great dentist office and I highly recommend.

All the negative reviews are TRUE! I was told to go back home because the front desk did not send a request to my insurance for an approval before my next appointment, which could of been avoided if they just called me. After that I spent a month constantly being rescheduled because the front desk could not write a detailed note to my insurance on my procedure until I started calling everyday and they got it done in two days. I came to my appointment and the dentist was still not there after an hour of waiting and they told me its not there business where he is. Choose at your own risk.
