I wouldn't recommend this office at all. First off I'm disabled so I have limited dental insurance. I scheduled an appointment for a root canal and was told I would get referred to a specialist because they couldn't perform it but they filled other teeth that needed filling. I have not gotten any referrals or follow up about it. Im still in pain and can't eat on one side. And since I'm limited on my dental insurance I probably don't have enough to get the root canal that I needed in august smh.

This was my first time at Universal Dental and I was very happy with them. They took their time with me and did not lie to me just to get your money. If i could put zero stars I would, the dental assistant that saw my son was incredibly rude. She repeatedly told my son as she was cleaning his teeth that he was nasty and that he had several cavities. She had a disgusted look on her face as she was doing his cleaning. This surprised me because that is highly unprofessional. Once the dentist came in I let her know what the dental assistant said and she was dismissive. I told the dentist that the assistant had told my son that he had several cavities and the dentist just said that it was not true and he did not have any cavities. I cant believe any establishment would allow this kind of treatment to anyone much less a 9 year old.

2 hours and 30 minutes of wait time and didn't get seen by the doctor. I got there 10 minutes before 3pm. I had appointment and saw people that got there after me get taken to the back before me. I filled out the form less then 2 minutes and every time I asked how long the wait or how many people in front of me. Front desk people said your next very time. Finally decided to leave when I saw doctor go into other room. Worst experience ever here.

I went on July 28 2022 around 1:50 pm I arrived to the consultory and then I sign up and everything and I waited for hours and around 4 pm they took me in , they did to me only the X-ray and the assistants were telling me "the doctor will come soon" they had me waiting for like hours making me look stupid in there and at 5:40 I left cause the fact they wouldn't attend me. That was not a good service . I a lady who suffers of cancer with especially with COVID around couldn't be there for too long with a lot of people there

I'm very pleased with my first visit to this office, I have been in extreme pain and they were very comforting and professional. I can definitely say that I will be returning and I will be referring them to my friends and Family. I left out of there with a solution to my problem and a plan, Thank you So Much!!!

I seen the dentist for a deep cleaning. I notice he was rough and rushing. When I got home, my husband ask me what happened to your lip did he burn you? I do not know what he did to cause this but this is the result that I got from a deep cleaning. I do not know if he was having a bad day or the color of my skin. The staff was way more kind, nice, friendly, and welcoming than the Doctor. I chose to go to this dentist because it is close to my home. At this point I do not believe I will be going back and may have to take it a step further because this is not acceptable. I know when you get a deep cleaning it may be some discomfort but this felt very uncomfortable. It only took about 15 to 20 minutes for the job. I tried calling them but the office was closed but I did send a picture to show them how my lip is at the number that I texted my insurance information to. I will be calling back asap I'm the AM. 04/05/22 Appointment time was at 4:30 Left around 5:50/6:00pm Right before they closed

Dr Valdespino was great! I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. She clearly described everything she was going to do and made sure that I was happy with the results. I highly recommend her!
