We've been going to Universal Dental for many years now. We love Wanda, our hygienist, and Dr Ogundele. Both are very gentle but thorough. Very professional and clean office, but we return because Wanda and Dr Ogundele are so good!

Save yourself the annoyance!!!! Updated to remove 2 stars based on their SPIN DOCTOR REPLY. Those 5 star reviews you see are SOLICATED. Every time I was in the chair she was asking for a good review when most of the time I was complimenting the hygienists. This office has had a revolving door of "guest dentists" for the last 2 yrs. I have seen 3 different guest dentists. Dr Ogundele's return has not made it any better - especially for the last 8-10 months. She pushes cosmetic procedures like she would rather be in sales. Told me that my enamel fractures are a clear sign of sleep apnea, rather than letting me explain that they are from previously having a tongue ring and a habit of chewing ice (anemic). Last month I sat in the chair over 30 minutes waiting for the dentist to come check my stitches. I was literally getting up to leave when she finally walked in. The front office staff has dropped the ball often. I have waited more than a week for a call with details on a follow up procedure and finally had to call myself. The last straw was showing up for an appointment only to find the whole staff in training. When I was brought around the corner to figure out why I was there, the woman assisting INSISTED that the staff tried to call be to cancel but they never did. I have voicemails and texts to show the only communication was to confirm. UPDATE: The office itself HAS BEEN in need of renovations for as long as i can remember and is not due to hurricane damage as the SPIN DOCTOR REPLYING WOULD HAVE YOU THINK. There are water stains at the ceiling and baseboards, windows that have mildew and that air purifier in the lobby isn't exactly helping with the damp smell. Most of the hygienists are helpful and qualified. They are the only thing that kept me there this long. They make her look good in the exam room. While the office reply would like you to focus on their attemp to shift attention, my mention of an unqualified apnea diagnosis was not an attempt by me to educate readers on a condition. ALSO, in no way did they attempt to cancel my appointment. If I could attach the text and voicemail I would. DR OGUNDELE' YOU WILL NOT CALL ME A LIAR AND WATCH ME SIT QUIETLY BY.

Great place! I have been going to Universal Dental Care for 5 years and they give the best service. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Mrs. Wanda is amazing and makes me feel comfortable. Dr. O is friendly and answers all of my questions. I highly recommend for all dentistry needs!

I have received some great care here at Universal Dental Care , the staff here is the best. The Doctor are great everyone make you feel comfortable from the time you walk in the door. Some people have a fear of dentist but at Universal they take all that away.

Wanda takes good care of me at universal dental care. She makes me laugh and puts me at ease. I love the massage and heated dental chairs too. I would recommend Universal Dental Care.

Dr. O is always helpful, cheerful and ready to help. She carefully reviews each patient. Wanda did the cleaning, and she is an absolute delight! They are timely, professional, and caring.

I love the staff here! Dr. O. is a very caring and intelligent dentist. She really cares about her patients and her staff. I also love the hygienist. She does an excellent job! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place for your dental care!

This was my first appointment, and I was so impressed with how friendly the staff was. They even gave me a pillow in the dentist chair! The hygienist Tia worked so well with the dentist to make sure I knew everything they were about to do and making sure I was comfortable. No water splashes in my face like I've had before at dentists.The dentist was very good.i didn't even feel the shot she gave me. Highly recommend!!

This office is staff is amazing and so kind. I came in for an X-ray and exam but also knowing I needed quite a bit of work done. I was able to get two root canals and two fillings in about 4 hrs. Dr. Ojundele is a great dentist. The chairs have a massage feature MY FAV lol. The office is like a dental spa lol so warm and comforting. I would recommend university dental care to anyone else

I've been coming to Universal for my entire life, almost 20 years, and it has always been a pleasant experience. Easy to schedule, super quick and friendly service, and the dental hygienists are very nice and easy to talk to. I needed a lot of dental work recently (crowns, implant, extraction, etc.) and they got me in the same day and fixed me right up! Can't imagine going to the dentist anywhere else, would recommend in a heartbeat.

This place was recommended by my sister who'd been a long-time patient. I began going when the previous dentist (Dr. Trantham) was there. Dr. Ogundele has continued the standard of excellence that I previously experienced. Mrs. Wanda is the absolute best! And the ladies who run the office are always friendly, courteous, and very professional.

Dr. Ogundele & Hygenist Mrs. Wanda are the Best! They are pleasant & patient, which is important to me being a dental patient of theirs! You won't be disappointed as a matter of fact, you will love it here! Great service & professionalism...I give 5 stars!

Tired of going to places like Greenberg.. being treated like another number this is the place for you.... professionalism, courtesy, attentiveness.. I have a 3 year old this is where I'm going to take him if he ever need any dental work.... Thank you guys so much for being so nice no one comes to a dental office unless they have to... I would give you guys 10 Stars if I could...
