Dr. Terrnzano was a really good dentist, very patient and professional. Will come here again. I usually don't go to dentist because of gagging issue.

I wish I could give no stars. The two receptionists are very unprofessional. There is no reason why every conversation had is on speaker for myself and every other patient in the waiting room to hear. I learned way too much about a patient as well as the patients personal information and the opinions the front desk women had on her as if HIPPA does not exist. Aside from the front desk being extremely off putting, the doctor was no better. I accompanied a family member for this visit for a cleaning and I've never known a cleaning to last less than 10 minutes, ESPECIALLY if it's been years before the last one. This visit was very rushed and we definitely will not be returning. P.S. I also work in a dental office and the way this place operates is horrible and I do NOT recommend this place to anyone!

Do not go there.... he did dental work for me and he talking out loud that I could hear him saying what should I do next... talking to himself.... then I'm in the chair and he dropped the suction tube from in my mouth and dropped it on the floor and put it back in my mouth.. i couldn't say anything... my mouth was held open... I got a bad infectionfrom him

This was my worst dental experience ever. Do not waste your time and visit this unprofessional and dingy establishment. They are highly disorganized, unprofessional and dishonest. I made an appointment for my daughters and I. I provided the clerk with all the information to set up the appt. The day before the appointment I spoke with them and they said I am all set. I showed up at 9am on a Saturday morning for our appointment, the clerk shared with me that she could not pull up my kids information. I am highly peeved that she did not call me and shared this information instead of having me show up at 9am on a Saturday to inform me that they have to reschedule my appointment. The clerk proceeded to have a very nasty attitude, she never tried to troubleshoot and look up the information so I could get my kids dental appointment completed. Do not waste your time, stay away from this place. If you are a professional who is seeking a clean, respectful and organized place- this is not the place to go!!! Stay away!!

Very lovely office staff ! Dr. Gerber was extremely professional, and knows his stuff. 3 crowns,root canal and fillings were done with minimal discomfort! Very happy with results.Highly recommend

After reading these reviews on here I think some of these patients are out of context. After sitting in the waiting area and saw patients walk in late for their appointments and being rude to the front staff, we have to appreciate these people that still serve us. The doctors in this office is wonderful and so is the staff. They accommodate us even though sometimes we come off the wrong way. I have been going to this office forever and never had a problem with the staff. It breaks my heart to see how people can share the negativity because they can't have their way. I will recommend this office in my next ten lives

The doctors are awesome, as for the staff, they are tremendously rude and unprofessional. I think they just come to get paid, they don't care about the patients, if the doctor wants the patients to keep coming, I think he should reconsider the staff, and hire new professional staffs. I just changed my mother, sister in law, two brothers to some other professional dentistry. Shame on such service staff

The front desk people are all nasty an rude i called in the morning to see if i could rescedule an the lady said i cancel alot of appointments but they will wave the $50 broken apt fee this time, i said fine ill come in. Apointment was 3pm. I take the bus i was not running late but buses were. i called an told them id be a couple minutes late i dont know maybe 10 minutes she says if your not here by 3:05 we have to cancel an rescedule. im looking up at the time 3:03 3:04 so many times i missed my stop . Had to walk 15 mins back. i walk in no one is even in the waiting room she says the next person comes in in 8 mins an we have to rescedule an because its a broken apt you must pay $50 next time. i just said wow i called to say i was going to be late an im here no one else is here. i was only there for Exrays which would only take 5 mins. So im not coming here anymore .Not understanding people an not friendly.Also last time i came in i asked if my front tooth could be fixed either thru insurance or cash an they put i claim in for my 2 front teeth i dont know why an said they its cosmetic insurance wont cover it. If my insurance covered that tooth the first time why wouldnt they fix it now its a botched job. Then i asked ok so how much money would it be to fix an i never even got an answer. Smh

This place was a nightmare, not only the assistant didn't know what she was doing, whatever she was putting in my mouth was putting it the wrong way the whole time, causing me so much discomfort & after to be told a surgery I took it needs to be "re-opened" if there's anything wrong they'll fix it if not I'll have to cover the bill....WHAT. I Was handed a bill a payment plan to go about paying for this so call re-opening surgery. And one of the staff is super RUDE, has a stank face , doesn't smile nothing just mean looking & looks at you in disgust. Hated that place. Never going again 1st & last visit.

I have been seeing the dentist for sometime and my visit to the office is always pleasant. The front desk staff is always polite and professional. Love this dental office.

They need to change the people in the front desk very rude I attend to make two appointments no luck so far the lady at the desk plays like she can hear me and hang up phone when I don't answer the question right away about what's my my health plan if that's happening in the front desk imagine what's happening in the back room very bad customer service
