The worst dentist I've ever been to. Everytime i go there the ladies are rude they don't care about the patients. Always canceling appts. I dont Know why they have a waiting list because they don't ever call you back. They just called me an hour before my daughter appt and cancelled it gave me the run round about why. Waited to speak with the dentist to explain and she wouldn't get on the phone they ended up hanging up on me while i was on hold. Definitely do not recommend! 0 stars

This place is a dump and smells like a thrift store. Filthy and cold environment, and outdated. I was 6 minutes late for my appointment because my gps took me to the Rochester regional building down the road. It was my first time going to this office and it's definitely going to be my last. The woman at the desk (I'm assuming was the office manager because she was on a power trip) was incredibly rude and told me I most likely wouldn't be seen because I was 6 mins late. Even after I apologized and explained how it was my first time there and there was a gps issue. By the time they found my X-rays in the system, it was an 25 additional mins after I arrived. She kept on repeating with an attitude how I shouldn't have even been taken because I was late. But it took you guys 25 mins to even find my records and insurance that was sent to your office when I made the appointment 3 weeks ago? The cleaning itself lasted for what felt like 5 mins. If you could even call it a cleaning. Highly don't recommend.

Very unprofessional, they have cancelled mine and my husband's appointments twice, calling the day before stating "the hygienist has to leave early." Said they would call back to reschedule, don't hear back for several months then I called back to schedule something and they can't get me in for another 9 months.

This is the best dental practice I have experienced, and I have been to many. Staff is courteous, helpful in getting me in and working with my crazy schedule. The scheduler and the receptionists are always friendly and efficient. Dr. Massaro has filled many fillings for me over the past three or four months and is by far, the best dentist I have ever had. He worked on front teeth other dentists were unwilling to, as well. I highly recommend this practice and see too many negative reviews that seem to be complaining about everything but the dental work. This means there is absolutely nothing to complain about, and I am so glad I finally found this practice. Absolutely recommend.

Horrible. Had an 8am appointment, arrived at 7:49 and was sitting in the dental chair with assistant by 7:59. The doctor didn't show up until nearly 8:30. I told him I had to leave by 9am because I was taking off work for the appointment. He told me he didn't have enough time and to make a new appointment. Also said I needed a filling on teeth not previously discussed. I will never go back after experiencing that level of unprofessionalism.

Wonderful practice! Highly recommended! My family has been using Dr. Massaro and his practice for several years and could not be happier. Excellent results for a variety of procedures, highly professional, very friendly and incredible hygiene and infection controls. The hygienists are also wonderful, especially Corina and Cindy, who usually clean our teeth. Thank you to Dr. Massaro and your team!

I wish a zero star rating was possible. This is the single worst dental practice in the Rochester metro area. If you call to schedule an appointment, they'll "fit you in" 9 months out. They perpetually run behind and you'll be waiting forever when you finally do have an appointment. If you have an appointment at 9am for a cleaning, prepare to be there a few hours as the hygienist is always behind.

Never had a great experience here - always abrasive, and gave me a shotty filling that I had to go back to have fixed and they charged me for it - but they're one of the few that takes my insurance. I just called for an appt - it's October 6th - the earliest they could get me in for a cleaning was the middle of APRIL. Ridiculous. Get it together.

If hell had a dentist office! Two different hygienists I have had were rough, hasty and inconsiderate. I have been two 2 other dentist offices as an adult and never been treated so horribly! Also it took months for my insurance to process correctly. I got multiple bills that eventually was covered by my insurance. Don't go here if you can help it. They also cancled my appointment I scheduled six months ahead of time the week before my appointment. I can't imagine having a worse experience at a dental office

very poor customer service and getting twice schedule 2apointment after 4 month time still got call from the receipts 3rd time, for reschedule because dr Massaro is not in the office for 3rd time again. Again i have to wait for another 3 month for the next appointment. still holding the phone for Dr.Massaro for last 45 minutes, call them 3 times verry pooor customer service

This is the worse place ever, Whole staff is miserable & just don't care about their patient. They cancel the appointment & told us that we will reschedule. It's been a week nobody has called. They simple just DON'T CARE! I don't recommend anyone to go here.

I missed an appointment over a year ago so they "dismissed me" and wouldnt schedule an appointment with me. The place is a dump. Looks more like something you would see in a horror movie.

I recently had an appointment for a filling. Upon arrival I found out that somehow my cleaning In the fall was never billed to my insurance and I owed a balance I have not received any bills or calls about. If I didn't go in it would have been sent to collections. I ended up missing my appointment while figuring all of this out. The receptionist explained to me what happened but at first it seemed like she was implying it was my fault before It was discovered that it was actually their mistake. She did follow up about the matter. My dentist seems nice though. I'm pretty torn on whether I'd like to come back or not.
