Dr. Varkey completed a General Practice Residency from BMC (University of Massachusetts), and Pediatric Mini Residency program from University of Minnesota. Dr. Varkey is practicing in multiple locations in Richmond, Virginia USA.
Dr. Jones has practiced general dentistry since 1989. She attended Virginia Commonwealth University where she received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology. She then attended and graduated in the top one-third of her class from the Russell A. Dixon College of Dentistry at Howard University in 1987.
Dr. Jones is committed to providing quality care for her patients in a friendly and caring environment. She has served as an adjunct professor in the Restorative Department at Virginia Commonwealth University Dental School. She has also worked in corporate, private group and a solo practice.
Dr Tortiker graduated from the Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) program from Boston University in 2016 with High Honors. Prior to this, she received a Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree and also obtained a Masters degree in Prosthodontics from Government Dental College and Hospital, India. All through her career, she kept herself up to date with the advanced treatment methods. She believes in providing best care to patients of all ages with compassion and empathy while making every dental visit a pleasant one. While not at work, she enjoys cooking, jewelry making and spending time with her husband and son.
Dr. Mohan graduated from the University of Bangalore. Dr. Annie Mohan is our chief Dental Surgeon at United Smiles Kochi branch. After graduation, she gained numerous experience in a different phase of Dentistry working with various places. Since Dr. Annie Mohan associated with our Family Dental practice in the USA, she is well trained and up-to-date with the latest techniques and technologies in dentistry in America as well as in India too. Dr. Annie Mohan is currently a member of Indian Dental Association, Kochi branch.
Dr Eugene Richardson III, DDS has provided dental services to patients in the Petersburg and surrounding areas since 1978. Dr Richardson is a patient focused dentist offering a career-long record of high quality care. Dr Richardson preforms minor and major dental procedures. He he is a lifetime member of the Americal Dental Association and a member of the Southside Dental Society
I graduated from State University of New York at Buffalo and earned DDS with Magna Cum Laude honor in 2008. I also completed a year training in Advanced Education in general dentistry at University of a Rochester in 2009.
I have been practicing general dentistry since then. I am a member of American dental association and Virginia dental association. Also I constantly increase my skills and update my knowledge by participating in Continuing Dental Education programs. In my free time I enjoy swimming and running and spending time with my kids.
I graduated from Ain Shams Dental School, Cairo, Egypt. I obtained my degree and was honored to be among the top 10% of my class out of 400 students. I did a one year residency at my school where I gained a lot of experience under academic supervision by my mentors.
Back in 2015, I decided to move to the US seeking more education and a higher level of practice, I cleared the Board exams and did a General Practice Dentistry training at Marshall School of Medicine (Cabell Huntington Hospital). The clinical experience besides the hospital experience broadened my knowledge and let me practice dentistry with more confidence.
Besides dentistry, I like being outdoors, running, hiking, kayaking and playing soccer. I like watching sports as well, especially tennis. I enjoy a healthy and happy lifestyle and hope the same for my patients.
Dr.Tiara Harrison,grew up in Chesterfield County, Virginia. Dr. Harrison attended college at Virginia Union University and graduated with a degree in Biology. She later attended Dental School at Virginia Commonwealth University where she obtained a Doctorate in Dental Surgery. After graduating dental school she decided to pursue advanced training in dental surgery.In 2015, she attended a general practice residency program at St. Elizabeths Hospital where she expanded her knowledge working with patients that suffer from behavioral and mental health conditions. Since graduating she has worked to apply her knowledge working with the community.
Dr. Bhavaraju believes in a conservative approach to dentistry that is tailored to individual patients needs. She takes time and care to listen to her patients concerns and uses evidence based dentistry to develop treatment plan that helps improve her patients Oral health. She is a friendly clinician who strives to do the best for her patients.

Use to be a good place for your dentist needs. All the receptionist are rude and denied me to get help with my tooth being 3 minutes past my appointment time. I begged and they wanted to sit behind the desk not go ask if the dentist could see me, and just sit there. Very rude unprofessional which is why they always have new receptionist there. Awful experience and now I have to hurt until another day to find a new dentist for my tooth pain. I can't even explain how I feel on how I felt let down when in need never expect this place to care about how you feel or what you feel like, they rather get off and go home and not file more paper work or whatever they have to do with their little keyboards.

My husband took our 11yr old daughter who had some obvious issues with 4 teeth, we were nervous about how they would treat her. Everyone was very nice and even cleaned her teeth carefully. We informed them she has a vitamin D def. they said she needed to see a specialist to treat this b4 they do any other kind of work. This surprised me after hearing about dentists offices say they need work when they really don't etc especially for Medicaid patients, but not the Chester location. They assured us her problems with her teeth are not from poor dental care but are from her low vitamin D levels. They gave us gel to use every night and still waiting for referral for the specialist. The Colonial Heights location says they don't accept Medicaid and they were not really helpful or nice when calling them. But I believe one of our kids saw someone in that location before though. Now we have 2 other kids that have autism, so I'm curious how well they would do with them, especially our one that has inappropriate language issues from being echoic. I wished this office offered sedation though because they need work done but have to use sedation to do it due to safety reasons for them and so dentist can actually do work. It's difficult to find dentists that offer complete care for those with special needs that accept Medicaid. I may try them out for our two sons and will update review of needed.

Switching from a well know dentistry to united smiles was the best decision I've made for my children and I. We were all seen in a timely manner. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We were in and out in less than 3 hours for 4 ppl! Amazing job united smiles

Very nice staff but the wait time is AWFUL! I don't like to have an appointment to look at sutures and it takes 1.5 hours to wait for literally a 15 minute check.... Do better with wait time and it'll be a 10....

Check in and then go get your nails done next door. You will have time, as they run about one hour behind every time.

Unprofessional and incompetent... Hands down the worst dentist I have ever been to and I have been to many. I've been to this place twice and I shouldn't have given them a second chance. I had to wait 40min after my scheduled time, like a whole lot of other patients, then after they brought me to the patient room, I waited another 1hour and 15min for the dentist to see me?!?! The worst part is the cleaning treatment I received was soo rough and bad that my gums are still bleeding. Absolutely do not recommend unless you like to waste your time and be tortured.

Very friendly personnel. I filled out an online form which made the whole experience fast and easy. No balancing a clip board on my lap when I got there. They were in time. Been there twice now and fast and efficient both times.

My first apt with them was at 16:30, I got there early and still waited about an hour till I was seen (17:15/17:30). I was understanding as they were short staffed. I had a follow up appointment to get my teeth examined and was unfortunately running a little late. There policy states that if you are 15 min late you have to reschedule. My apt was at 16:30 and I got there at 16:40. The team refused to see me even tho I was well within there policy. Overall, terrible experience.

Very friendly staff from the front receptionist to the dentist and her assistant. Very kind to all of our children. The only concern I saw was things are left uncovered and anyone can touch the instruments. My toddler did just that leaving because it's near the door leaving. Our last dentist office kept everything covered until it was time to use it and was big on using gloves. Otherwise all good.

Even though my appointment was at 11:00 am. and I didn't get into an exam room until 12:30 pm., everyone was very friendly and professional as usual.- From the front desk employees to the dentist. We all need to consider the hard times in our country right now, including short staff at many businesses, including healthcare offices All of the healthcare workers are doing the best they can do under the circumstances. I applaud them all!! Pack your patience people!! . Dr. Jones is First Class!!

terrible service, they took a long time to give me an appointment and when they gave me one they didn't send me a message to remind me of the appointment, so I missed the appointment and now I'm looking for a clinic that cares more about patients
