Run away very fast -- this place is the worst. Over the last two months, they canceled my appointments three times at the last minute. And two of those times they didn't even notify me first so I made the long commute downtown just to show up and find out they can't see me. One time it was an issue with plumbing, another time their system was down, and most recently they were experiencing flooding. The only explanation I can come up with is that the support staff knows that the dentists are truly horrible and are faking all the emergencies just to steer customers away for their own safety. But whatever the reason, you will want to avoid this dentist office like your life depends on it.

I knew as soon as i walked thru the door that it was not going to go well. First my appt was for 330pm and then they call me this morning and says its for 2:30pm. Went here years ago and they just wanted money. I go today for a cleaning that is 100 percent covered and they asked me to pay. I cancelled on the spot.

I loved my hygienist here (DC location) but had to find a new dental practice. The reception staff aren't responsive. I needed to reschedule an appointment and called 4-5 times in a month. I also used their text service attempting to reschedule. To date, I've heard nothing. I had a similar issue in '21. Lesson learned. Previously, I referred a few folks to the DC location. Their calls were never returned.

United Dental just called to reschedule my appointment for the third time. It's time to find a new dentist.

This place was great before the pandemic with the last staff. Now they fudge insurance claims, over charge the insurance, and have poor customer service and that's just the clerical staff. The dentist is a WACKO and a RIP OFF. I SUGGEST THIS PLACE THE NOONE. AS an influencer I hop you all are listening DC.

Very friendly, professional, and great at offering personal care. Took my insurance and easy to schedule! Most importantly, I didn't have to wait too long. :)

I've been going to United Dental since 2017 and have always had a wonderful experience. They are prompt, efficient, and always provide sufficient reminders. Highly recommend!!

It began when I made the initial phone call. The receptionist was friendly, polite and professional. I called again to see if I could get an appointment sooner because of my mom's issue. This time, I spoke with another receptionist that was also friendly, polite and professional. The day of my mom's appointment, we walked in and was greeting with a smile and, that same politeness and professionalism I received from my telephone conversations. The staff here is wonderful! The reception area is large and inviting. The dental rooms are spacious and clean. I can tell that the employees enjoy working here. My first time experience was EXCEPTIONAL!
