They need to bring the office manager Gustavo back. My wife used to go there and things were good but as soon as they changed the staff this last time we were greeted by chaos and unprofessionalism.

Update: this is the 5th time they've changed staff since I've been going there (5+ years). They have gotten rid of all the wondeful helpful people(again). They are now rude, dismissive and almost hateful. After being a super long patron, I will not return until they fire the current office staff. The one dentist I saw was nice, but the office staff was rude and insisted a small dollar billing dispute be immediately taken care of...I've been tolerant of all the staff changes and having to re-settle things each time staff changes. I was treated so rudely, I left....and they called the police (who of course said it was a civil matter). And with the dispute of contract I'd been dealing with and the rudeness, it may just end up there. My old reviews: Awesomeness! Can't say enough good things about the orthodontist and most people there. Avoid the new guy, skinny old white dentist (update he's gone now!). Told me and 3 others we had crazy stupid amounts of cavities( in excess of 10). Think they let him go....hopefully.

I booked new patient appointment because they showed to be in-network. They even verified my member ID with MetLife Dental. They called me the day of the appointment asking me to come in early first, then informed me they don't take my insurance and blamed everything on their call center. Very strange and dysfunctional practice.

It's a shame what the pandemic has done to this wonderful place, me and my family used to come here for our appointments before the staff were all switched out. Originally, I had applied for Invisalign at the United Dental Group office in Centreville, but was soon transferred here due to the office closing down. My information was supposed to have been sent to Tysons Corner office, but I was told that each office kept their information seperate, and that they had no records of my Invisalign. Turns out, this was a very common problem for many other patients. I've been trying to call them to find out if my Invisalign is ready to pick up or not, but communication has fallen through every single time. (This has already happened 10 times at the very least) If you are looking to find a new dental group in this area, perhaps for the time being, look somewhere else. The staff are great, however the entire office is in shambles, and the company itself is screwing them over. My apologies to the staff who are equally as confused, but the service has been lacking.

I came with my mother after being quoted an outrageous amount at a different practice. The office manager Gustavo was the nicest person I had ever met and worked with us in terms of pricing. The doctor was very knowledgeable and they have gained a new family for the practice. Thank you for taking us last minute.

I have no words to explain how thankful I am to have met Dr. Du and gus the office manager. All the way from the asisstant to the front staff and the doctor. Not to mention how uofated and crean the office is. Will recommend to all friends to give them a try

Whole operation of the practice is very nice. I am extremely pleased by the office manager Gustavo and Dr was super careful. I am truly happy I found this office and I will be coming back for a very long time
