I've been going to this place for a long time and I was so happy. After 2020 everything has changed. Last time I went for cleaning he cleaned my teeth and I noticed he did not polish it. I told him he forgot to polish it and he told me it's unnecessary because he said after I drink coffee it will go away. I asked him to polish my teeth and he did it as if he was doing a favor. The customer service I received was very unprofessional. I had an appointment for tomorrow and they called me today ( last minute) to cancel my appointment.

Awesome experience with this facility. The young Ladies at the desk are extremely welcoming. The call center was the only negative, they call you too many times to confirm your appointment and still over book the appointments. I wait because my Dentist is amazingly gentle with me.

I visited in 2021 and was impressed with staff and dentist. They proposed a treatment plan for what was needed, did not try to oversell, and the prices were very reasonable. Would recommend to family and friends. If you are not a friend or at least friendly, then stay where you are and leave more room on the calendar for me to return.

Jenny was great! She was so patient and went through the breakdown of my insurance very thoroughly. Dr. Cha was also really kind and went over my concerns and questions about the treatment. They caught all the issues that my previous dentist wrote off as nerve and jaw pain. Highly recommend!

I loved it the doctor was amazing both tooth pulled out nice and clean heeled fast no issue this male dentist doc is the best never met anyone so nice and easy going great place definitely recommend going back for my other two tooth to be pulled out he's the best

Visited on 12/03/21. Perfect! I wish there was more than five-star. Such a great experience. This was my first time I seen a dentist in this area. All the staff were super kind and polite. Jenny and Rashana at the front desk were very kind when they explained every step of the process I was interested. Reyna, the assistant made me feel calmed by her extra care as I was a bit scared. Doctor cha is one of the best dentists I have ever met. He kept asking me if i felt ok and explained what he was doing and how & what I need to do post-oral surgery. Overall I was indeed satisfied and I will definitely recommend.!!!!!

Went today for cleaning and whitening treatment and I must say I am thoroughly pleased - the receptionist/dentist assistant was very nice as well as the dentist himself. He did not cause me any pain or discomfort. I like that they took their time with me and made sure I did not leave dissatisfied that is always a plus.

Today is my first visit, feels like I have been going there for years. The staff is very kind and professional. The receptionist is very nice, dentist assistant is very attentive and the Dentist is wonderful, did not rush made sure I am comfortable. I will be going back for my fillings in 3 weeks.

My experience was great here!! Amazing staff and Jee did a great job on my teeth whitening and gave me a lot of tips on how to maintain and take care of my teeth. I highly recommend this place!!
