It was easy to reserve an appointment. The day we arrived were welcomed with nice front staff. Doctors was fine. But the staff and (I think) the dentist' assistant are very nice and patiently explain everything.

My review is for emergency dental work that I needed immediately. I had a problem with a filling that required a crown and looked for dentists at a convenient location. I called United Dental Group and was able to make a next day appointment. Within 3 visits, I was able to get my dental work completed. Their office is located at a small shopping center off Northern Boulevard in Little Neck. The office is clean and the staff friendly. The receptionist was able to explain to me what my billing options were clearly. My situation was a bit convoluted, but they were able to accommodate me. For those who don't have dental insurance, they have their own yearly discount plan that you could pay for which entitles you to reasonable discounted care. It's similar to other discount plans on the market. So far, I'm very happy with their work and would definitely return again.

I do not recommend this dental office never I went two times because I needed root canal with Endodontics and the manager told me that they can do it and gave me 2 different prices also my dentist sent to them my x-ray and when I went yesterday the dentist (she was really nice)opened my tooth and told she cannot do it because I need the Endodontics also she told to manager to do not charge anything but she does not care and told me that she will charge something to my Dental Insurance that is not fair and not professional I'm so upset they do not have height instruments for to do a root canal really bad experience

Today I went in for a cleaning and some X-rays and I can easily say it was one of the best dental experiences I had ever and I normally hate going to the dentist. From the moment I walked in the door to the moment I walked out, I was welcomed and was able to get treated with in a short amount of time. The staff was friendly and kept me informed on what they were doing, what was wrong, plans for treatment, and what I can do to keep my smile. Thank you United dental group Littleneck for a great experience I definitely will be coming back.

I highly recommend this place. I did my exams and cleaning . It only costs two dollars to see the clinic. The consultants here also speak Chinese and English except Korean. I did not have trouble to communicate with them at all. No complaints. I'm so happy with this dental office.

I went here because of my wisdom teeth. It was so painful that i couldn't take it. So i made appointment with them. They let me take Xray just in case. After they did dignosis, they made schedule for the surgery whenever i want. So after the surgery, it felt good. And few weeks later, doctor checked result and it was perfect. They told me what i had to do after treatment and any other advices. Doctors are really cool and nice as well as receptionist

I recently received a check up and a teeth straightening procedure at the UD location at Little Neck and I would have to say the employees and the Dentist were very professional and understanding. The price was also amazing for the excellent customer service and great results. Recommended this place to all my friends.
