I've been coming here for a year and overall, it's probably the best dental care experience I've ever had. They have always been on time with appointments, the staff are super friendly and welcoming, my dentist is enthusiastic and genuinely caring. The office is spotlessly clean and full of amenities that make the experience smooth and comforting. Great management of the place and I hope Trident Smiles keeps it up!

My wife and I have been receiving dental care in the clinic of United Dental Group for more than 15 years. The whole team in this clinic, including Dr. Michael Tseng, DDS (Shih Wen Tseng, DDS), Dental Hygienist Robin, Dr. Tseng's assistant, and the receptionist are professional and patient oriented. The environment is clean and nice. Dr. Tseng has long term care plan for each of us, to keep our dental condition healthy. Whenever there is emergency situation, he sees us right away. We trust our Dentist Dr. Tseng and Dental Hygienist Robin very much and appreciate their care so much.

Receptionist person Erica welcome me and I had a good visit with doctor. The doctor did performed implant of my lower tooth today. All in all it has been nice visit to the United Dental Group. Thank you!

I never had issues going to the doctor's except dentist. I have always hated going to the dentist until I started going to Dr. Tseng. He makes you very comfortable, does not try to upsell or have you get procedures that you do not need and the whole office staff makes is a place to look forward to going. I am so glad that I found Dr. Tseng and no matter where I live, I will always make the trip to see him.

This is the first time visiting this office. The service I received was excellent. Their office is clean and well maintained. They booked me with an appointment on Saturday which is really convenient for me, and there are plenty of free parking. The people at the front desk registration is friendly and polite. Robin, the Registered Dental Hygienist did the check up , x-ray, and cleaning on me. She is very kind, professional, and gave knowledgeable recommendations. I shall look forward to my next visit in 6 months and meeting Ms. Robin again. Thank you.
