no stars they said my dad owed them 25 bucks from a 2018 appointment that he did not go to the only problem is he died years before that really bad CROOKED

Before I start I just want it to be known I have never written a Google review before, I'm not that person however today I experienced one of the absolute worst examples of customer service in my entire life and just had to share. So I have been going to United Dental Center since I was in Middle School and Dr.Quattro has always done an amazing job on my teeth. I even have gotten compliments on his work from other dentists. With that, the thumbs they have running the office are another story. My cleaning was scheduled for 9:20am today and I was at the check in desk at 9:26am where the thumb running the desk informs me that my appointment had to be rescheduled because they only have a 5 minute window on cleanings.. it was 9:26am when she and I were talking.. I took time off of work to get this cleaning.. zero customer service consideration! She just kept repeating herself with zero sympathy for my position. The other thumb was just sitting on her phone the whole time, probably taking notes on how to be the worst receptionist ever. So then I ask to speak with the office manager who proceeds tell me that she can only take 2 patients at a time and the seats were already filled. I was checking in 6 minutes after my appt was scheduled to start and no one else came in after me so what I gather is they messed up and took a patient who got there early in place of my appointment and refused to budge because they mismanage that office. The thumb office manager did let me know that she was also the hygienist, well I'd say she needs to stick to her day job and let someone with better customer service skills manage the office.

Dr. Maxine Cannon Is probably the best dentist i have ever had!! I have never had a dentist so great at explaining whats going on and taking their time to understand my situation. I would recommend her 100000 x to anyone!!!

Today is 12-18-2020 I went in to get 9 teeth pulled i have to say the staff was great following all procedures set in place by our governor Friendly and made me feel at home and safe during theses crazy times in this world The very tall guy who worked on me think it was Najib Taleb was the best person I have had do work on my teeth always asking if I was ok and keeping me informed as what he was doing next thanks for everything see you in a month OH and they let me watch a move my choice this time of year was The Santa Clause MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE

I thought the office was very unprofessional. They had to reschedule my first appointment, not a problem. Even received the call confirming the second appointment. However, when I showed up for that second appointment, they did not have me scheduled. Claimed they had to reschedule appointments again. Did they contact me? No. They then wanted to schedule a 3rd appointment. No thank you. I wasted a personal day for this. Would NOT recommend them.

The whole staff is absolutely amazing. The front desk greeted me properly as I was taken to the back by Emily she was more than happy to make sure I was satisfied with my visit as being polite and kind as could be. I would also like to say that My Hygienist Kaylee was just the same. She is one of the most passionate Dentists that I've had my whole life of 26 years. I am happy to say this will be my permanent dentistry.

Very Unprofessional, All Staff are Rude, They Don't bother to return any phone calls, Couldn't tell by my X-ray if i needed a root canal or not so they drilled out the middle of my tooth to tell me that i do, then put a temp filling in when my insurance doesn't even cover root canals. Had papers from a previous dentist that said i need a root canal on the exact same tooth but they couldn't go by that. Told them i felt like they don't know what they're doing if they couldn't tell that by an X-ray when another dentist could, after saying that i was told i am not aloud back so here i am stuck with a temp filling that only lasts up to 6 weeks

I highly recommend you stop in for a visit. I use to hate going to the dentist until I found Dr. Taleb. He is by far the best dentist I have ever been to. Thanks to him and his friendly staff I now love my smile and actually enjoy going to the dentist

Dr Quattro is the best dentist i have seen, he very kind and Patient, his team makes you feel very Comfortable, he dont try to push things on you like other dentist do, i would Recommend this dental office to very one i know...

I don't usually love dentists but I absolutely love this dentist and his great office staff! Everyone was so pleasant and welcoming. I had a root canal done yesterday. The dentist and staff made me feel at ease and that was probably one of the best experiences I've ever had with a root canal.

Great staff that treats you very professionally, It is nothing like a doctor's office, appointments set have always been on time. I have no complaints on visiting this Dentist or this facility. Thank you United Dental staff for your care! (Melissa & Dr. Quatro) :)
