Dr David Fried did a great job when I went in for my zoom whitening. He was very compassionate and was helpful in explaining the procedure. His assistant Vanessa was also very professional and made sure that I was comfortable throughout the procedure. I would definitely recommend his office

My first and only visit to this location now the staff was excellent the service was excellent but the dentist need a course in etiquette and empathy. I was disappointed in the things he said to my wife which was I could do it but I don't want to take a loss. And how can you talk to patients while standing in the doorway? Why is the only option is to pull all your teeth without providing a solution for some type of replacement? And pulling wisdom teeth when they aren't bothering a person. So it seems this dentist only cares about money and not the patients.

This place is not right they will set ppl up just to cancel so you have to pay the $50 for missing an appointment ...and the young lady at the front desk had a serious attitude problem he is going to loose a lot of customer's if he continues to let them young lady's have the type of attitude they have. They gave me an appointment when I told them I cant take that then lied saying I had taken the appointment that was it for me ..just to get a cancellation fee...it's sad everyone is out to try and beat you if you let them ...run from this place

Three years after going to this dentist, I am still in pain. He shaved my teeth too low to even chew bubblegum. He even hurt my daughter as well. His bedside manner is completely ridiculous as I told him that I could not chew my food fine enough to eat properly. He didn't do anything but tell me that there was nothing he could do. He didn't try to do an x-ray or anything else. By the time I got done dealing with him, my mouth felt worse than when I went in and I had to get some corrective work done and ended up needing a root canals because he dug so deep into my teeth.

Very friendly staff. Lisa is the most gentle hygienist ever and so nice. Dr. Fried is very informative and also very friendly. They are always on schedule. Highly recommend.

Vanessa & Stacey are the best. Make you feel so comfortable and me being so scared of the dentist they most definitely make sure that I'm okay. Very friendly! And get the job done right. Best dentist I've been too.

I had an urgent extraction after a temporary crown cracked at the gum line. Dr Fried and Monique made sure I was pain free and they were very understanding of my anxiety. I was treated very well, excellent compassionate care and explicit instructions for post-extraction care. Thank you for accommodating me today.

Dr. Fried and the assistant Fatima went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable and that everything flowed smoothly, understanding and caring about my personal past experiences with other dentists. I would recommend the United dental centers on Harrison Street in Merrillville Indiana. I thank God for leading me to your office Thank you for your patience
