Where to start? these professionals are absolutely amazing. I've visited other dentists that took my insurance at the time, and they were quick to pull out my irreplaceable teeth for a quick $200. These guys advised me that I was eligible for partial dentures, which I didn't even know were a thing, and have been my go-to ever since. Dr K is the biggest sweetheart in the world, and I could literally fall asleep in her chair. Nothing hurts!!!!. Dr Patel is the nicest guy in the world, and I could tell that he was willing to go above and beyond to help me, before financial compensation was even considered! I love United Dental!!! Paul S

This place is horrible. Doctor basically put me in a choke hold and was man handling me the whole time and he was a creep. They numbed my mouth at least 50times with the needle because the first doses weren't "strong enough". The doctor tried to leave my gums open after the removal instead of stitching it back together and claimed that it would heal on its own. He also said my face would be numbed for about 18months. I went for a wisdom teeth removal and it feels like I got shot in my mouth.

Getting my wisdom tooth pulled was a piece of cake, they did a grreat job an didn't have a wait long wait

If only I could give no stars, this dental office is legit horrible, money hungry and just down right not legal. Dr. Patel charges their patients for stuff they shouldn't. After coming to this office and stating that I was low income because of my insurance, he implied that I was low income and uneducated. After messing up my teeth, and having to go somewhere else to pay for someone else to complete and fix this correctly. This office is not an office that you want to go to. They will mess you up, make many appointments and string you along so they can charge insurance for things that don't need to be charged for. MONEY HUNGRY, HORRIBLE SERVICE & DISRESPECTFUL. If you don't want to mess yourself up, don't even think about walking into this office. Not to mention, every time someone post a bad review he makes someone write a good one to keep the numbers up. Please with the mess, don't walk into this office if you don't want a lawsuit.

Dr Patel put in temporary crowns.. first time the whole thing came out then when she went back and got another temporary one it cracked on same day.. what kind of materials are they using? Horrible..

Dr Patel is the very best you will find and don't worry you won't have to deal with a lot of pain and soreness after. I've had 6 visits and went on about business right after each time with no problem. If you want to that million dollar smile check out United dental upper Darby

I seen your response to my review. I had very minimal pain. You guys filled my tooth to the nerve I've gotten 3 opinions one from drexel hill dentist, the hospital, as well as media dentist on providence road they all said the extreme pain that I am in now is caused by the way you filled my tooth. And of course now you made it so I have to have a root canal any attempt you made at preventing a root canal was ruined by damaging my nerve that wasn't damaged to begin with. I did call you and you were very short with me. Do you honestly think I'd go back to someone who has caused me pain that makes me want to literally die for 2 weeks now?? No thank you. You discussed with me prices of procedures before you even went in my mouth. A bunch of scammers.

I posted a picture of the pain they caused me. Its an xray where you can clearly see the filling in my nerve.... I am in excruciating pain and now have to stay like this until I can get it pulled or get a root canal. The doctor kept alternating between me and another patient who was getting whitening done and each time he came in the room he already had gloves on so I'm thinking he didn't change them or wash his hands. Very disappointed and as I said everything you did to me I wish it back on you times 3

Great job all around. Dr. Amish Patel is amazing. Very thorough. Very courteous. Explained everything in great detail. Haven't had a bad experience yet.

This is a dental office about the money and they will quote one price to you and then two weeks later change it. I also think they are billing the insurance companies money for services they did not render. One of the receptionist that they have is extremely rude and violates all kinds of HIPPA laws by telling your business so loud that you can hear it from the back of the office (where I was). At first, I started to think it was me, but after reading some of the reviews, I see it is not. I actually walked out of this office feeling guilty for challenging their practices. The dental office is very shady, dishonest, disrespectful, you name it! Dr. K is wonderful, but because this is a family practice I wonder about how much is in her control. I came during Covid and this office is always packed with people and always seems to be so much chaos. I am not saying they are bad people, but very dishonest. I'm sad that in such difficult times that we are living in that folks are losing their integrity and cheating people has become a lifestyle. I am now scared to go to another dentist because of the work they started that's somewhat completed because I didn't have all the money. After them changing the price quoted to me. Don't ask for a receipt because that too will be false information. Most High sees all!

Went in for a extraction of a infected tooth that was causing me extreme pain. The women at the front desk were very nice. The doctor on the other hand, didn't say a word to me but instead got straight to work on my mouth. He was extremely rough performing the extraction. And I almost felt rushed out after the procedure. After a week of continuous pain following what I thought was a extraction of a infected tooth, I went to get my stitches removed, to later find out that the doctors did my actual remove the tooth, but crack it down to the gums, then stitched a piece of my gum over the cracked tooth. I now have a cracked tooth sitting in my gums and a piece of gum dangling in the side of my month. My moth now hurts to the touch in the area the procedure was performed on. This has been a very painful and unprofessional experience. I will be filing a malpractice lawsuit against this dental office. Do not go here!!

I'm in total disbelief at the professional and compassionate service I just received. I searched all over this city to fix my agonizing pain in a walk in. I am sooooo grateful GOD led me to this place! I cannot believe The procedure was the greatest dental extraction ordeal I have ever ever received. I am truly amazed at the Staff and Dr's here. I cried more tears from being so pleased than I did while in pain and the pain I felt before coming here felt like I was on my death bed. Thank you, looking forward to coming here for all my dental needs. Definitely referring this place to friends, family and total strangers! PS - I felt such ashamed at the amount of work I needed and they were truly understanding. Every other dentist that accepts my insurance tells me to come back in months. This office performed multiple painless extractions effortlessly and I am past Satisfied and Grateful. Thank you!!!!! Thank you!!!!!! Thank you!!!!!

Horrible! Reception lady is great but the Doctor Patel(the old guy) is not experienced at all. I told him 4 times my problem was right side teeth But he was constantly filling my left side. He just treated me randomly which side easier for him and he was a kind of hurry. He gives appointment again and again so he can make bills to insurance company. Totally dishonest. I felt so sad to see this in the doctor professional. Think before you go there if that doctor gives you treatment or not. You may be gotten wrong treatment for sure. I will not go there anymore if the doctor works.

He is not a doctor just doing a business always provide false informations and the front desk people are so, rude and very unprofessional. If you planning to be here please leave all your work and other homework at side because the wait time are so horrible and extreme extend. Good Luck !
