Dr. Roshan is a board-certified New Caney pediatric dentist. A pediatric dentist becomes board certified after completing additional years of education and training and passing a rigorous examination process administered by the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. The process of becoming a board-certified dentist for kids is voluntary and demonstrates an unparalleled commitment to proficiency, knowledge, and professional excellence.
Roshan Roshannejad, DDS, MS, is a board-certified New Caney pediatric dentist with the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry (ABPD) and the Royal College of Dentists of Canada. With more than 10 years of experience practicing dentistry, she specializes in providing comprehensive care to infants, children, adolescents, and patients with special needs. Graduated from Rutgers University, Dr. Roshan completed the advanced training program and earned her Post-Doctoral certificate in Pediatric Dentistry and degree of Master of Dental Science. Her passion for making a difference in childrens lives led her to focus on promoting their oral health, joining the post-doctoral training program at Rutgers, and opening Unique Kids Pediatric Dentistry.
After completing her Pediatric Dental Residency, she soon became board certified with the Royal College of Dentists of Canada. She received the Richard C. Pugh award in honor of her excellent achievement in the 2016 Qualifying Examination of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. She is CPR and Pediatric Advanced Life Support certified. In addition to being a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry, Dr. Roshan holds memberships in the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, Texas Association of Pediatric Dentistry, and the Greater Houston Dental Society.
Dr. Roshan enjoys teaching and was an attending faculty member at the dental school for over three years. She has had many presentations in national and international professional meetings. As a New Caney dentist, Dr. Roshan is fully dedicated to her patients and to providing the best possible care to every child. She strives to make dental visits a fun, pleasant, and unique experience. To provide the highest quality care at Unique Kids Pediatric Dentistry and to stay up to date on dental science and technology, she attends many pediatric and orthodontic courses. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, playing the violin, listening to music, swimming, and reading.

My kiddos LOVE coming in to see the dentist! the staff is AMAZING!!! From the very first phone call and being greeted at the front desk by Adriana and Cynthia all the way to the assistants and Dr. Absolutely wonderful customer service and patient care!!!!

Cute decor, clean space, tiny waiting room.. Having to wait over an hour past our appointment time (!!!!!!) is ridiculous and a complete disregard of my time! Made this appointment for a new patient check up and cleaning for my kids almost 4 months ago! Why do you schedule to have10 kids at the same time if you only have 3 treatment chairs?! What a joke!!! I bet if I showed up an hour late to my appointment you'd charge a missed appointment fee! And then make me wait anyway

I'm so glad we found this office! My 3yo had an abscess pop up above his front tooth so we called to make an appointment as new patients and were scheduled for an emergency exam quickly. He's strong headed and pretty finicky so I was worried about his willingness to cooperate. The assistant was so great with him and he was excited to take the necessary X-rays (I was shocked). Turns out he needed the tooth removed and they scheduled us for a comprehensive exam/cleaning to make sure nothing else needed to be addressed before treating the tooth because they could read he was done for the day. Our cleaning went great and then came the extraction appointment. He loves Dr. Roshannejad and kept asking when she would be coming in the room. Parents of littles: my 3yo left the office HAPPY after getting a tooth taken out of his mouth. If that doesn't tell you about their professionalism and dedication to make sure their patients are taken care of, I don't know what would!

I was very nervous because my son had never been to the dentist but from the second we walked in the door everyone was extremely welcoming and instantly took that fear away. They were so good with my son and made him feel comfortable the entire time! Definitely would recommend taking your kids here!

The front office was ver kid-friendly. The assistants and doctor were very gentle and sweet to my children. At checkout they give the children a golden token to use in a toy machine, my children love it! Overall, they are keepers, we will be going back!
