I am highly irritated with this dentist myself and kids have been coming here for over 15 years now and my son had an appointment at 4:00 and the office called me and said that the hygienist was leaving at 3:00 so if i could come in earlier i said no and that i would just cancel the appointment and call back to reschedule. So i call this week and i get told that i cant reschedule his appointment because i called and canceled his last appointment umm WHAT!!!??? NO i did not i was told to either come in earlier or cancel in which i could not make it earlier thats why the original appointment was scheduled at 4:00 so now thats my fault for the hygienist leaving early?? Not fair to me or my son at all and they just lost good people i will not put up with lying about something so petty. Its all about insurance purposes and making themselves look like it wasnt their fault!! Theres a response down below only way i can respond is this way and you are half correct there was an appointment made after calling for the second time and getting told yet AGAIN that you couldn't schdule the appointment due to a "no show" then i told you what happened and i still proceeded to be called a lire and told thats not whats in the computer then i was finally able to get an appointment that's some customer service!!! The first time i called was even better girl couldn't have been more rude i was told nope will put him on the wait list and call you with an appointment he can only be seen same day since he was a "no show" argued with this just as i did the second girl except she refused to give me any appointment and hung up!!

This is a great office and wonderful staff! Dr. Hakwati does great work and his assistant Justina makes one feel relaxed and comfortable. I would recommend them to everyone!

Best dental office I have ever been too! Dr H. Is a miracle worker with rebuilding, and designing teeth. There not all about money here. They actually really care about there patients. I am having a whole mouth restoration here, and I had a problem with my insurance not covering a procedure. The doctor knew I could not afford it out of pocket so he worked together with me, and the front office to figure out a way to continue my work, And he also will try to talk you out of getting unnecessary work done. He truly wants what's best for you. Medical professionals never do this.. They are usually all about the money. I will never go anywhere else as long as I live in the area. If you're looking for a dentist don't hesitate. Book an appointment! ask for Dr.H

Great service all around. They carefully explain everything from the procedures to the billing. Super friendly staff and all three hygienists that treated me have been excellent. Dr. Hawati is terrific also.

I recently went in to receive crowns for each of my somewhat yellowing dracula teeth. Assistant Jestina detailed the game-plan as she performed her prep-duties, super-friendly as always. Dr Hakwati soon entered, conferring what Jestina had outlined, then immediately began painlessly creating receptive shapes out of the teeth that were in place for better acceptance of their future crowns. Visit #1: Painlessly fitted for temp crowns which were to hold me over for 2-3 weeks. Doc advised against gummy-type foods, & suggested some pain medication, tho I had no discomfort over that period. Visit #2: When the temp crowns were removed, Dr Hakwati fit my new crowns within minutes, with NO pain and MUCH gain, (I no longer look like I was raised in the backwoods of Arkansas at my ZOOM meetings.) Truly first-rate work by Dr Hakwati, & his charming aide, Jestina. And I'm always warmly greeted by Kelly and Cheri as part of the friendly staff up front. Thank you muchly, UDW!

It was the first time my kids visit this office and I was so pleased. The staff amazing, they explained everything and Dr. H was amazing and so patience and very delicate. My kids were very happy and they are no longer in fear of going to the Dentist

Such friendly staff and amazing with children! Best dental experience by far. There is never a wait time. The staff is also respectful and compassionate towards diverse backgrounds and language abilities.

I used them for awhile however they have some very rude people there(specifically a manager who liked to talk over people). Had to switch.

I was nervous about leaving my dentist for over a decade cause they were no longer in my network. Unique dental made the transition easy. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because when the appointment is at 8. I would like to start at 8. Especially if I show up 5 minutes before the appointment. If that could be addressed and possibly fixed i would gladly give a 5 star in the future . For example today my appointment was at 8. The doctor came at 8 by the time they got everything ready the work did not start until 8:15. I did not get done until 10. Thankyou. Other than that I am very happy with the service. Also I am very thankful that I was not up sold on stuff like my other dentist. Thanks I changed my review to a 5 star because the issue was corrected. I went in for my permanent crown . The appointment was at 8 I was in the chair by 8:05. Also the doctor understood because I live in NH. There are travel restrictions due to covid. He was ok with the second crown going in in April. Thank you

I went to Unique for a cleaning and was very impressed with how sincere and friendly the staff are. The office was very clean and professional. For someone who does not like the dentist, the staff made my experience incredible. I am extremely happy to have found an office I like!

Great staff, each working at a high level of professionalism, from making the appointment, check in, Jennifer my hygienist & Dr. H. and front desk staff, all work at making you feel comfortable and cared for. They answer all your questions to help you understand everything that is needed to keep you healthy.

The Ladies at the counter are the BEST!! Always friendly and helpful, THey ALWAYS greet you with a heart felt smile. Dentists and aids in the back are honestly concerned about your health and well being. Going to the dentist is not one of my top ten things I want to do BUT, going to "Unique Dental of Winchendon" is a better trip than I have ever had before...........

Best dentist I've been to! Dr. H. is the absolute BEST, understanding and gentle dentist. I am extremely anxious and he accommodates me and makes feel less nervous every time!
