Doctor Rosen started the practice over 40 years ago with an emphasis on patient care. He strictly believes in preventative dentistry and is very aware of the patients time and needs. He and all of the unique doctors go the extra mile to make your dental experience as pleasurable as possible.

Dr. Gold received his undergraduate degree from New York University in 1980. He then attended dental and received his DDS from Georgetown University in 1984. He completed his General Practice Residency in 1985 at Mt. Sinai Hospital in New York.

He continues his education yearly by attending seminars and advanced courses. Dr. Gold has been selected by the Consumer Research Council of America as one of Americas best dentists. He is listed in their consumers guide to Americas best dentist.

Dr. Korngold received his degree at Temple University School of Dentistry. He served as an officer in the U.S. Public Health Service. Dr. Korngold is a member of the ADA, AGD, NYSDA, ALD, Nassau County D.S., Cosmetic, Endodontic and Periodontal Association.

Dr. Bonaventura received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology from Suny Binghamton in 2003 followed by her DDS degree from New York University in 2009. She pursued her passion for cosmetic dentistry by providing additional patient care at NYUs Rosenthal Center for Esthetics as well as presenting at both Esthetic Grand Rounds and Research Day.

She held a position of clinic representative and received recognition as a student of the month numerous times throughout her years spent at NYU. She participated in NYUs program for the underserved and traveled to Nicaragua to provide dental care and treatment for those most in need.

After receiving her post-graduate degree, she continued her training at the Newark Beth Israel Medical Center where she gained further knowledge providing interdisciplinary treatment for a broad spectrum of patients including those medically compromised in a hospital setting. She is a member of both the Nassau County Dental Society, ADA, and ALD and actively participates in two study groups as well as a continuing education course. Dr. Bonaventura is currently working toward obtaining her fellowship with the Academy of General Dentistry.

Dr. Jamie Chan received her BA degree in Chemistry from Binghamton University in 2007. She completed her doctorate degree in Stony Brook University School of Dental Medicine in 2012, and finished her General Practice Residency in North Shore University Hospital in 2013.

In 2014, she joined the Air Force Reserve as a dental officer. Dr. Chan is Invisalign certified and speaks fluent Cantonese. She is also a member of the American Dental Association. The consumer Research Council of America has included me in their list of Americas Best Dentist. Active study clubs: Peninsula Study Group and Fialkoff Study Group.

Dr. Grace Kim earned her B.A. from New York University and her D.D.S. from New York University College of Dentistry. Afterwards she completed her General Practice Residency program at Montefiore Medical Center.

She is currently a member of multiple associations and actively attends continuing education courses every year. It is her goal to help make patients look and feel great. When Dr. Kim is not working, she enjoys crossword puzzles, playing golf, and spending time with her pug Rooney. The consumer Research Council of America has included me in their list of Americas Best Dentist. Active study clubs: Peninsula Study Group and Fialkoff Study Group.

Stacy is our Office Manager with over 16 years of experience in the field of dentistry. Stacy is the link between the patients and our doctors. Her aim is to help each patient achieve his/her goal of having a healthy mouth and a beautiful smile.

Stacy, along with the other staff members here at Unique Dental Care, believes that a trip to the dentist should be a pleasant experience so she makes herself available to address all the questions and concerns of each patient. She understands how to assist patients with their financial needs. She enjoys working with patients on treatment plans and helping them receive the best care possible.

Miriam Martinez R.D.H., has been with Unique Dental Care since 2007. She graduated from Hostos Community College with an Associates Degree in Applied Science in 1990. She is licensed to administer local anesthesia, Nitrous Oxide, and CPR certified. Throughout her career as a dental hygienist, she has taken different roles within her field. She has worked for a non-profit organization for children with disabilities. She has done school screening involving general, orthodontics, and pediatric dentistry. Miriam continues to further her education by maintaining at least 8 hrs of CE courses every year. Our role as a Dental Hygienist is of integral importance in a successful practice. Through education our mission is to give each patient the highest standard of care and practice.

I have been working at Unique Dental Care since 2005, as a DentalAssistants. I started my studies for assisting at Hillcrest HighSchool and have been assisting since 1991. I have such a passionfor what I do as a Dental Assistant; I could not see myself doinganything else. I am totally dedicated to making my patientscomfortable and happy with our services and results.

Liana has been with Unique Dental Care since 2017. She studied in CUNY Hunter College and earned a Bachelors degree in Biochemistry and Asian American studies. She received her licensure to practice dental hygiene from NYU College of Dentistry. Her philosophy towards patient care is helping each patient find a distinct oral hygiene regime that is customized to their lifestyle and needs. She speaks fluent Cantonese. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, reading, visiting new museums, spending time with family and friends, and keeping up with the latest dental news.
