Union Street dental is one of the worst dental office that I have ever been to. I had to have a root canal done I was referred to a dental office by Union Street dental. I decided not to go to their referral I went someplace else. The dentist office that I chose for the root canal called Union Street dental to explain to dentist what needed to be done, what her diagnosis was and how to move forward. When I called Union Street dental back a week later the receptionist had no clue what I was talking about when I asked her about the compensation that took place with both Dentist and what the next step in the procedure is going to be. The receptionist told me she had no idea what I was talking about she stated there was never a conversation between both Dentist she said she had no record of any conversation. I told the receptionist and the very disrespectful rude office manager that called me back while I was on my job and started arguing with me. I asked the office manager why no one has any record or any knowledge of the conversation between both Dentist and why no one knows the next step in the procedure that I'm supposed to be getting done at their office. The office manager told me it does not matter moving forward when you call here give us the respect that we deserve. I asked the office manager what is so disrespectful about wanting the office that I am paying to render services do they have some knowledge of what they are talking about. The office manager became so disrespectful I asked for my records to be transferred to another dental office. The office manager needs to take some diversity courses and she needs to take additional courses on how to treat her fellow human being. Her lack of professionalism is unacceptable. I absolutely would never recommend anyone to this dental office they need to get it together.

I needed an emergency extraction. Out of the 20 plus places I called this was the only place that took me in that day. I have horrendous teeth and have had many extractions, 8 of then now. This place gave me by far the quickest smoothest extraction I've ever had. My man Ali was strong but gentle with me and the Dentist lady, I forget her name, she was a smaller skinny woman, was very professional and courteous. Actually everyone there was just as nice as can be. I never make regular dentist appointments, but even though it was an hour drive I plan on scheduling there. It was honestly that good of an experience. I wouldn't say the prices are low, but I'll say the experience definitely made it worth it. Very positive experience. Very nice lady at the front desk. Thanks for all the help today!

Honestly I have always hated the dentist due to past horrific experiences. today when I went to Union street dental for my first appointment I was not only extremely satisfied with how friendly the staff were but I also left feeling excited for my next appointment. The nurse I had was AMAZING and truly validated me while taking my X-rays. Everyone was so great.

Poor experience. This dental office will have you returning several times for work they do not do properly in the office. Not to mention this is one of the dirtiest office I ever been too. The guy in the office washes his feet in the same room where they do dentures for patients. Gross. I have been to the 3 stone office as well where I have seen mice droppings. Run! While you can. Angelina is beyond rude! The old office manager Nadia was so much better. I have had fill in done that would literally break the same day. How does this happen? Especially when following doctors instructions!

Always great. The DR's work is amazing and relatively painless. Very rare to find a dentist who truly looks out or patients and their best interests. Pricing is also very reasonable, even cheaper then some of the bigger chains like aspen.

I came in for a check up and cleaning. I have been coming to the office for years, the staff has always been very professional and kind. They always making it an easy and pleasant experience.

My first visit was yesterday and couldn't be more pleased. From the moment we walked through the door very professional. Ali was very cordial introduced himself and hoped I was having a good day. Professionalism goes a long way for me. Dr Bakar was also professional introducing herself before performing her work. I am so glad I picked this office.

Highly recommend this place. I got my teeth cleaned and got a free toothbrush!! They do very well with new COVID protocols. I felt very comfortable in the office.

First time in the office and I am so impressed with the friendly service. Dr Bakar explained to me everything and Lois the hygienist was very friendly and did an awesome job. I will be back for my next appointment. thanks

I would like to recommend this dentistry practice. My former dentist's practice closed awhile back and I was overdue for a checkup. The office was clean and the Dr. + staff were very accommodating. I had a cavity and am not a fan of shots. The Dr. did a great job and was very nice. She made a stressful situation very tolerable. Overall, I am happy with my decision to go here.

I'll be honest, from the outside the business building looks a bit rundown and unkempt. On the inside, while not fancy, they maintain a very nice, clean and efficient full-service general dental practice. The reason I give them a 5 rating is the people. Dr. Bakar is a highly proficient dentist, very pleasant and has a great doctor-to-patient manner. She does great work. Ali, the primary assistant to Dr. Bakar, is also very good and has a wonderful manner. He takes the time to explain things thoroughly so you understand what's going on, what you need to do to help the process and if you have options, he explains them. Shawna, the office manager, is the best. Aside from being a sweet person, she is highly efficient and ALWAYS follows up and through with any commitment she makes. She keeps the place running smoothly and is a pleasure to with which to work. Lois, the hygienist, is also very nice and does meticulous work on cleanings and such. It's what's on the inside, not the outside, that matters!
