Typically I don't leave reviews like this. I hate it. Originally I had seen another doctor at this location. He told me that I needed 3 fillings. I got a quote from the Receptionists and checked over and over again to make sure that I could get the right amount of money. I had asked for help from my grandmother as a birthday gift, Which she agreed to. When I went to the appointment it seems like when they found out that my grandmother was putting the bill suddenly everything changed. The other doctor, Call doctor Alexander Looked at my x-rays andSuddenly the amount of work I needed became much more extensive And was estimated to cost 5 times more than what I was originally quoted. We clearly had questions about what the discrepancy between what these two doctors were telling me. When we tried to question it kindly and look for an explanation and see if there were other options the doctor told me to leave andreschedule. He then went to the next room and began working on another patent.he was still loudly talking to the assistant about how I need to leave and when I can afford it reschedual. I left the office in tears i was so humiliated. Since when was asking questions about the care I would be recieving unacceptable in vermont. It seems pretty shady to me.

I became a new patient of this practice a couple of months ago. I could not find a dentist anywhere and they fit me in and took care of me immediately. If you're looking to be pampered this may not be the place for you, but they are highly efficient and the work has been excellent so far.

My wife went in for a referral to and oral surgeon to have infected teeth removed. She ended up getting her teeth cleaned, four teeth extracted and a filling. Dr. Alexander is caring and knows his business. Thanks for the pain free visit.

By far and away the best dental office I have ever used. The front desk and nurses sre wonderful my dentist Sean Alexander is not pnly100% professional but is a great dentist and is kind and sensitive to patients needs they r the best and A plus. So grateful to find them. Dolores Tigue

Hygienist Emily did a fine job as usual. Emily has always been gentle when conducting a cleaning, thorough, and informative throughout. She even went out of her way to get the gritty, cherry flavored polish! Good job again, Emily. The staff was courteous and friendly as it has always been.

I would not recommend this dentist. The office is not very clean and the dentist takes his mask off every visit which is unprofessional and reckless during a pandemic. I will say the staff is always friendly, and the dentist is kind of friendly too but he is also arrogant, misogynistic, and has little patience. Working fast seems more important to him than the quality of dental care.

Warm welcome, prompt service. The thing that made me question their professionalism is that the hygienist answered a phone call and text messages during my treatment

Had dental work here root canel.. they used premixed saline solutions that sat for a day or two befor used to clean out my hollow tooth.. they did half root canel and left my tooth hollow for over a month cause me way more pain and great possibilities i would break and lose my hollow.tooth die to there care and neglect... they billed my insurer 3 times for one filling, had to sit in pain whule.corrected as they maxed my benefits. this leading to tooth to decay and get infected.. dealing for months with them they made appointment free of charge for a bridge to fix mistake... after months of pain I arrive to appointments to have tooth pulled as discussed.. then to get run around and apper to another appointments month later to get tooth pulled the. To say they want me to pay to remove the tooth and bridge work would be done for free.. acted like they're trying to.make up for it but keep giving me.the run around while.im.in pain for.months... doctor Alexander does amazing work... just other dentist there are new and not as as experienced.. I would recommend another dentist for root canels and major work they do ok fillings tho

I just got a crown put in today and I got to say Dr.Alexander and his staff did an amazing job. Dr.Alexander took the time to make sure my bite was perfectly even and that is not an easy thing to do after a crown . God bless this gifted Man and his staff . Matthew Falace

Went for my 6 month cleaning. I was early, I just finished the COVID paperwork, and was brought in for my cleaning (early). The hygienist was very pleasant and did a great job. All the staff was very pleasant I definitely like Union St Dental.
