I was scared of having a root canal until my Dentist referred me to Dr. D. Machule to get one. She told me that this Endodontics place was one of the best and that I should trust her and go so that my tooth pain could go away. I trusted her and went and it has turned out to be one of the best decisions regarding my dental health that I have ever made! Before my procedure started , his cheerful assistant, Christy, made me feel very comfortable to the point where I could not even tell when Dr. Machule started to drill through my tooth. They kept interacting with me throughout the procedure and told me to let them know whenever I felt a pain. I could not believe it when I was told that I was good to go because Dr. Machule was done! Do you need a root canal, go to Dr Machule and you will be happy you did! I highly recommend this place. Thank you.

I was in pain. I called and got an appointment that day. Dr. Yvonne Chiu took care of me right away. She was very thorough, explained what she was doing all the way. I'm so grateful for her. Dr. Machule is an excellent Endodontist. He retreated a root canal that my previous dentist did not properly treat. He identified the problem quickly and thoroughly and was very precise during the treatment. He explained the procedure and what needed to be done. I felt no discomfort during the procedure. His team and staff were courteous and they explained everything very well. Dr. Machules professionalism, care and kindness is unmatched. Highly recommended.

Have had a great experience every time I've visited this office (and every visit has been for 1 or 2 root canals at a time!). Most offices I've used previously have injected me with 4 to 6 tubes of novocaine per procedure. I received 2 root canals yesterday and was 100% numb with only 2 tubes (that's the difference between a highly skilled dentist and one that's maybe not as skilled). She performed both root canals in about an hour. Zero pain during and minimal recovery after (took 1 600mg Ibuprofen that day, nothing else). Would definitely recommend this office for any intense procedures. They also handle all the insurance paperwork and provide a very accurate estimate before the work is performed.

Dr. Yvonne Chiu is one of the most amazing endodontists in the world today! She's so pleasant, accurate, and efficient to work with and her team is top notch as well! I have been in serious pain many times and she accurately and quickly evaluated my tooth issue and most times has handled the root canal procedure in the same day! Easy! She's done several root canals for me now and honestly, I can't think of a better person to go if you can for a root canal. Call her now!

Due to Dr. Ratiner's reputation on root canal procedure, I traveled all the way from Sacramento to her San Francisco office. Both Dr. Ratiner and her assistants are very friendly and helpful. The procedure went smoothly and I did not feel any pain. If there is need that I have to do another root canal on my tooth, without any hesitation I will choose Dr. Ratiner over any other dentists.

To my great surprise, I found having a root canal with Dr. Machule a rather relaxing experience. He is a very skilled endontist with gentle hands and a kindly personality. His assistant was very helpful in explaining the procedure and offering any support I might need. Altogether, I felt well taken care of with very little pain afterwards. I highly recommend Dr. Machule for this type of oral procedure.

I really enjoyed my experience with Dr Ratiner and her dental assistant. I wish I could have gotten her name. Dr Ratiner was very knowledgeable and has a good bedside manner. I had a re treatment of a root canal and took only 45 mins for the whole procedure including the numbing. Place is very clean. Only complaint is office at 15th floor and Im scared of heights lol. I do recommend Dr Ratiner!

So grateful for Dr. Machule and his staff. Fantastic professionals who do great work. They squeezed me into their packed schedule and took care of me in a moment of great vulnerability (and I'll be honest, sheer agony!). I will definitely trust them for anything I might need in the future.

My dentist recommended Dr. Machule, just had my third root canal (!) and I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Machule and his staff. I am so very grateful that they exist! Absolutely cutting edge and professional, all of them. I recommend them without hesitation.

Great customer service! I was able to get an appointment right when I needed it. I appreciated the sense of humor that everyone seemed to have. I was kept informed and the procedure was fast and definitely painless! I highly recommend Union Square Endodontics!

Dr. Yvonne Chiu Is an amazing specialist in dental surgery. she is taking care of you and she is explaining everything and all the details about your treatment. she is taking out the severe pain in my teeth and her hands are very gentle you do not even feel uncomfortable. I've been to this office twice now and have had great experiences w Dr. Ratiner. She and her assistant are both so efficient and kindly explain the entire process. I was in and out so quickly and have hardly any soreness. Every person is unique but I appreciate how quick and painless the process was.

I was really impressed on how well this dental office operates, really great people from the Front office, dental assistant and Dr. Wen. Dr. Wen and his dental assistant took me in for a root canal, for my first time doing this procedure it was very painless and provided really great service. Dr. Wen is very knowledgeable and would recommend him going in for your first root canal.

I had the absolute best experience with Dr. Darren Machule. He is the master of handling difficult cases. I personally believe his experience and skill set is superior to most endodontists in town. My case was very challenging and he did a fabulous job. I would not want to go to a different specialist. He is the best!!!

I came here for a consult and left with a same-day root canal, thanks to a kind and thoughtful staff who stayed late on the Monday before Christmas to get my treatment done. I was so nervous, but it went really smoothly. Dr. Wen checked in often to see if I was OK. I'm on day two of recovering, and I don't want to jinx myself, but I haven't been experiencing any pain. I feel very grateful that this is where I came for treatment!
