It's all part of our mission to serve the communities in need.

Our doctors exceed the standard of continuing education. As a practice, we are true believers that preventative care and education are the keys to optimal dental health. We strive to provide dental health care vs. disease care. Thismeans that yourTotal Wellness begins in your mouth. Thats why we focus on thorough exams, checking the overall health of your teeth and gums, performing oral cancer exams, and taking x-rays when necessary. We also know that routine cleanings, flossing, sealants, and fluoride are all helpful in preventing dental disease. Not only are we focused on the beauty of your smile, were also concerned about your health. A review of your medical history can help us stay informed of your overall health, any new medications, and any illnesses that may impact your dental health.

As your dental health professionals, we want you to be confident knowing that we are a team of highly trained and skilled clinicians. We pride ourselves in providing the care you need to keep your smile healthy. To give you the best possible service and results, we are committed to continual education and learning. We attend dental lectures, meetings, and dental conventions to stay informed of new techniques, the latest products, and the newest equipment that a modern dental office can utilize to provide state-of-the-art dental care. Also, being members of various professional dental associations helps us to stay abreast of the changes and recommendations for our profession. Most of our dentists are graduates from NYU, UCSF, Stanford and Harvard with nearly 10 years of professional experiencebefore joining Union Dental.

Our dentists are recruited from the best dental schools in the country and most of our dentists have advanced degrees in dental specialities. Union Dental is led by an NYU graduate and the Oral Surgery Department is head by a Harvard graduate. In order to maintain their license each dentist is required by law to obtain approximately 15-30 continuing education unites per year, provided in-house by their affiliated dental group.

Our dentists spend more time caring for their patients and no time on administrative, marketing and financial aspects of the dental practice. This is why we are able to hire the best doctors from top schools who have nearly 10 years of experience before joining Union Dental.

On average, approximately 98% of patients would recommend us. We understand that a trusting relationship makes for good guarantees. This is why uur focus is to be better than what we were yesterday. We get it. We work for You!

Union Dental doctors know what your dental health says about you. They are graduates from Harvard, Stanford, NYU and UCSF. We know your teeth and gums may speak volumes about your well-being. Researchers continue to look at the associations between cavities, gum disease, heart disease, but a cause-and-effect relationship has not yet been established. Nevertheless, Union Dental doctors believe they are experts at getting a good sense of whats working, whats not, and what should be tuned up regularly to keep our bodys systems up and running. There are some diseases that are associated with an increased risk of infections. Diabetes increases the risks of gingival and periodontal inflammation and infections. When your Union Dental dentist finds an underlying condition in play, your dentist may be able to draw an important connection between your oral health and your overall health. So, sit back, relax, and open wide. Heres what you should keep in mind about the mouth-body-connection.

Today, dentists and doctors recognize that dental health is an important part of your overall health. Poor dental health can lead to serious health problems in other parts of your body if left unchecked. Our dentists are committed to ensuring you live your life to the fullest, with a healthy smile!!

As dental benefit costs continue to increase, Union Dental created an affordable and innovative way of providing dental care to maximize your dental coverage. Our team will work with you to keep costs down for individuals and families to help maintain their dental care expenses.

My boyfriend says when his teeth were inspected, their gloves tastes disgusting and now he's feeling nauseous and has a terrible migraine. Clearly their gloves are either toxic or they didn't change their gloves out before helping him. Sorry but that's just unacceptable.

Asked if they could handle dementia patients, didn't seem too likely from their response. Was told that if I didn't give them a 48 hour notice they would charge me $40.00, I show up at 9:20 am and the drs are not in, no call, only tried to call...so i don't get $40.00 for their no show? They also make a bunch of appointments to charge your insurance, it's a very big job just to get someone with dementia to the appointment. So we will go elsewhere, I'm sure a sorry isn't good enough for customers, they probably still charge $40.00 we love greedy dentists policies, not!

I liked going here. The my were very reasonably priced. I guess they have raised their rates now. What cost me $20 dollars plus my insurance last year was going to cost me $619 this year plus the $1600 they were going to get from my insurance. Ugh I need a new dentist office.

Prior to filling out my benefit package I called to make sure they accept the insurance and see when I could make a new patient appointment. The woman assured me they did accept the insurance and could schedule me an appointment later that week. So I filled out my benefit package and sent it in. Then on my appointment day 2 hours before my appointment they call me and tell me that they don't accept my insurance in that office. That their company does accept my insurance but not in that office, the office that does is in south San Francisco. A major inconvenience because I based the choice I made on my benefit package on the information I received when I first called. Now I'm hoping I change my benefit package, so I don't have to drive 1.5 hours to an office that does take my insurance.

Dr. Truda is awesome. I had another Dentist tell me I had to have a tooth that had a crown on it extracted and have a very costly implant put in. Thankfully Dr. Truda was able to get me in the following day, she did exrays and an exam. She found that my tooth was perfectly healthy and I only needed the crown put back on! Dr Truda saved me thousands of dollars, time and completely unnecessary pain and suffering. The staff here are helpful and good at their jobs. I won't go anywhere else.

Had a tooth pulled in September 2018. Pre-authorization for a bridge replacement was sent thereafter. Now is January 2019 day before appointment for the bridge and I'm told there is out of pocket expense because they never received reply from my insurance. Isn't it their job to do a follow up well before my appointment rather than assume I'll just pay when its covered on my insurance? Service at this place seems to be in a major tailspin. Disappointing. Waited 4 months for them to tell me they basically dropped the ball on this one. Now I'm on another waiting list for 2 months longer. 6 months to get a bridge (maybe more?). Rediculous!
