Dr. Firoz lalani believes that everyone deserves a good smile, so with that in mind he started A Dental Care in 2010. He accomplished his master degree fromNew York Universityand completed his dental degree from an Ivy League schoolUniversity of Pennsylvania school of dental medicine in 2007. He and his team thrives to establish the best care possible for our patients in friendly atmosphere with our aim to provide all specialty dental services under one roof. He has a beautiful wife and a princess (Aanya). He likes to meditate, run and swim. He also serves as a board member in a non-profit organization Ibna Sina Foundation which provides Medical and Dental services to different communities in Houston.
Dr. Manisha Lalani is the co-founder ofA Dental Careand Union Dental. She practices at theUnion Dental location. She is a graduate of the nations top dental school, the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, which is also an Ivy League school. Although she is a general dentist and sees patients of all ages, shes extremely passionate about working with kids and is firm believer in preventive care for children. As a mom herself, she understands how important it is to ease a child of his or her anxiety fordental proceduresand make the childs experience a pleasant one. Nothing makes her happier professionally than to see her patients smile confidently and have healthy oral practices. During her free time, she loves spending time with her daughter, shopping, and traveling with her family.
Dr. Sridhar Eswaran is an assistant professor in the Department of Periodontics and Dental Hygiene atThe University of Texas School of Dentistryat Houston. Dr. Eswaran received his dental degree in 2001. Upon completion of his dental degree, he sought advanced research training in oral biology atStony Brook Universityin New York, where he studied the link between gum and heart disease. After completing his masters degree from New York, he proceeded to his specialty training in periodontics and implant dentistry at University of Texas, where he received a specialty certificate in periodontics and an MSD.
Dr. Bhawsar was born and raised in Nashik, India in a family of Dentists. He graduated with Bachelor in Dental Sciences degree from India in 2010 and moved to USA for further studies. He pursued dual program in Rutgers School of Dental Medicine, New Jersey and graduated with Certificate in Prosthodontics and Masters in Dental Sciences in 2014. His training extensively involved management of multidisciplinary cases. His interests are dental implants, crowns, bridges, partial and complete dentures. His passion and enthusiasm motivated him to pursue a Fellowship in Implant Dentistry at Loma Linda University, School of Dentistry in California. His fellowship trained him in all aspects of implant surgeries along with soft and hard tissue augmentation procedures. On completion of his Fellowship, Dr. Bhawsar was awarded Associate Fellow status by American Academy of Implant Dentistry. He has presented in local, national and international meetings.
Along with creating perfect smile, Dr. Bhawsar also pursues photography as one of his passions. He also enjoys sports and accommodates travel and hiking as part of his weekend activities when possible. His other interests are music and relishing on different cuisines.
Mr. Naeem Ahmed serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for the entire network of A Dental Care. Mr. Ahmed has over 10 years of management experience specific to the dental field. He is responsible for the administrative oversight of all our practices, implementation of various programs, process improvement and patient satisfaction. He aims to develop top-performing teams and empower them to become integral part of the companys growth.
In his past positions, he has facilitated quality improvement projects with positive outcomes, streamlined work processes to improve patient flow, cross trained staff to optimize resources & improve work efficiency, developed key performance indicators to measure core processes, benchmarked performance standards and program development.In 2013 Mr. Ahmed has been the recipient of the outstanding Administration Efficiency award by Ibn Sina foundation for his dedicated service..
I have been withA Dental Carefor six years now, I am married with three kids and one granddaughter and one more on the way. My free time I enjoy spending time with my family, love movies and traveling. I have been in the dental field for over fifteen years and I love what I do, helping people regain their confidence back by smiling.
