Thought I'd try a local dentist instead of driving to Spartanburg. First available was an open ended appointment sone time 6 months in the future. Received a text in May. Showed up for my appointment only to be told my hygienist was sick and "someone should have called you". Rescheduled for the end of June at 8am (7 months). Still sitting g in the lobby at 8:30 with 4 other people who had 8am appointments. Was told it would be "10 minutes". Cancelled the appointment and did not reschedule. Stop wasting people time.

My visits are always excellent. The staff members are always friendly and the facility is always clean. My dentist is the best. It's a shame I can only go twice a year

I was hesitant to switch to this practice a few years ago, but I'm SO glad I did! They offer great services and each staff member is very pleasant, positive, and professional. Excellent dental group!!

They treat their patients like trash. I guess you can do that when you are the only dentist in town. They schedule patients during their lunch. I went there when my tooth hurting which is preventing my from eating on that side. Dentist told me I had to schedule again to get that done. Because he didn't have the time. That's was the purpose I scheduled the appointment initially! Recipectionst told They would call me to schedule the appointment. That was 4 months ago.

They are great. Everyone is so welcoming and nice. Dr. Tucker is the best. So nice and caring. I had some pain after getting a filling and he did everything he could to help me and stop the pain.

I Love Dr. T aka (Tucker) he knows his stuff and he's very professional. Him and his staff goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and safe. I definitely recommend this place.
