While I'm ultimately happy with the result of my treatment, there are some 'gaps' in the service. The app: One of the benefits of the service is an app that allows you to post photos of your progress. This helps you not have to go into the office very frequently. Your care team reviews your photos and lets you know how you're tether are looking. However, pretty much all the responses I got were the exact same. Like, copy + paste exact same. In office: One of my appointments needed to be rescheduled. Because they didn't provide instructions on when during that set of trays I should come in, the office cancelled my appointment. Their next available appointment was over one month out, so this delayed my treatment timeline. Meanwhile, they have many appointments available for new customers or potential customers. The office itself is gorgeous and the staff are very nice and helpful. The insurance department: Dealing with the insurance team has been by far the largest disappointment. I paid for my treatment in four payments from Dec 2021 - Feb 2022. Uniform Teeth received payment from my insurance May 13th and another June 14th. I had to reach out several times and finally they did say they would send a partial payment on June 2nd (only partial because my insurance pays quarterly). However, there was some problem with the check that delayed them sending it until July 28th. As of October, I still have not received the remainder of what my insurance has paid. I have tried sending messages to see the status of my remaining payment but no one has gotten back to me in over 2 weeks. At this point, I'm considering attempting a chargeback on my card, but because it's been so long I don't know if that's an option. While the other things were kind of annoying, dealing with their insurance department is ultimately why I wouldn't recommend their service.

Beautiful office and outstanding experience with Uniform Teeth. Started with a friendly greeting by Joseph and him presenting me with a couple of forms needed on the iPad. Very easy to complete. Then the initial exam with Annie and Anna, who were both fantastic. They took state of the art x-rays and used a camera scanner that is used to create the aligners. Dr. Rigsby came in and spent time with me, explaining everything she saw during the exam. Very informative appointment. Also, the manager, Daniel, popped in to make sure all was going well. I was very impressed with the staff and look forward to receiving my trays and treatment plan!!

Uniform Teeth is incredible! Super easy process, much better than getting braces (which I had when I was a teen), and armor affordable. I would highly recommended to anyone looking to perfect their smile. And the team is THE BEST!!! Thank you Uniform Teeth!!!!

Uniform Teeth on Clark St is the best. The staff is simply amazing and I mean every person. They make you feel welcomed and treat you as if they been knowing you forever. Dr Dina is awesome and so accommodating. Every issue I had she solved and made me feel more secure with my results. I'm happy with my ending results. I would definitely recommend them for you orthodontic needs.

Everyone is so friendly and helpful with any questions I had. They're clear with their instructions and clarify everything. This experience has been amazing, and only coming in person a few times has really helped with me schedule.

Loved my experience at Uniform Teeth! Staff was extremely friendly and the process was easy through their app. I had trays for only 4 months and now my smile is straighter than ever! I went to them because 4.5 years of braces still left me with crooked teeth and they were able to fix it. Definitely recommend.

It was a great amazing experience the guL at the front desk with glases real nice professional not once anyone gave me attitude or not help me they where real specific step by step they keep intouch with you in only a month i started seeing results use my name ivan valdes to get a discount and say i referd you and you can do afordable payments staff real nice to you make you feel so like family they take there time help you work with yur work or squedules you have place nice and clean and just in weeks u see progress and in less then 2 month you see extreme progress i never did a review feed back before i just had to this time now my smile is so nice i dont be shy nomore to use it love it give yur self that smile you always been wanting you deserve it!!. Yall have to give that guy at the front desk with glases a raise he so nice polite and makes you feel so welcomed and at home and he profesional.

It's a very easy place to get braces as an adult, price is good, staff are friendly/helpful, and the treatment didn't require a lot of stops at the office

Incredible experience with uniform teeth. I had previously worn braces but was awful about wearing my retainers (oops) and uniform teeth helped so much! I had really bad crowding, but they did an amazing job of helping me have straight teeth again and the aligners were so easy to use. huge plus that the staff is really knowledgeable and so kind. absolutely recommend!

I had an amazing experience with uniform teeth! The staff is beyond friendly and so caring about your journey! My experience was unique and I completed my teeth straightening process at such a fast pace. my results were amazing. I had super crowded bottom teeth and the process of wearing the weekly aligners was so easy to follow. I enjoyed the entire process from start to finish. Uniform teeth is the best option on the market in My opinion.. it was the 3D camera technology they use that appealed most to me because You get fast results in half the time of other companies out there. i was so pleased with my results that I would definitely recommend uniform teeth to everybody! I guarantee You will not be disappointed!!
