Super helpful staff. The ladies at the front desk were able to schedule me on short notice and worked everything out with my insurance making the entire procedure pain free aside from the pain I was in from the tooth they ultimately had to remove. Dr. Dwider was so informative about the procedure and precise when operating and removing the painful tooth. Thank you so much to everyone working there and took the time to help me out with my condition.

Ive been coming here for years. They went through a ton of office staff when they were in Hanover and messed up the billing. Now that they are in Weymouth everyone claims they have no access to those records. The orthodontist doesnt communicate and treatment drags on and on without any updates.

Terrible Office. This office used to be great until some new people took over. It was hard to reach someone for an appointment. And bc I have masshealth insurance, which is a state insurance, this girl name, Melanie did not want to book me in for an appointment at the end of the day. She say it was saved for private insurance patients... my kids appointments is constantly move with anyone telling me. Ridiculous. What happen to Dr Prado and the old team here and Melissa? Clearly these new people don't know what they are doing.

I recently took my daughter to Unident for an emergency visit. She has Masshealth insurance and it was hard to get an appointment anywhere. The front desk was able to get her an appointment the same day. She was seen by Dr Prado. Dr Prado and her assistant was wonderful working on my daughter. We even found out they have an orthodontist at the same office. Our visit was very pleasant. Everyone was very helpful. The front desk girls were very accommodating in re-booking our appointments and looking up my daughter's insurance when I forgot her insurance card at home. Highly recommended!
