Linh graduated from Missouri State Univeristy with her Bachelors of Science in Marketing Management (with honors) and got her MBA the following years after being granted a GA position with the school. Linh has had years of experience in customer service, marketing, business operation and management from different industries. She is bilingual in Vietnamese and English. She loves going to the movie theaters and travelling to different countries on her vacations.
Tu graduated from Prairie A&M University with Bachelor of Chemical Engineering. He has developed his interests in dentistry as his sister is also a dentist herself. He is friendly, professional, and passionate. He is bilingual in English and Vietnamese. Tu likes to watch movies, play sports, travel to new places, and spend time with his family.
Kathyann is an experienced hygienist and takes great pride in providing comfort and quality service to our patients. She graduated from University of Houston where she was awarded the Four-Year Academic Excellent Scholarship.
With a friendly nature and gentle touch, she understands the fears and apprehension associated with a visit to the dentist and can calm the nerves of younger (and adult) patients while ensuring a bright smile and clean and healthy teeth and gums.
Alejandro is currently studying to get his associates degree of science. He graduated as a dental assistant from UTH San Antonio. With a charming personality, he will make patients feel at home. He is bilingual in English and Spanish, and his dream is to become a dentist someday. Alejandro likes TV shows, trying new types of foods, and reading books.
Narce has been our Patient Care Specialist since our practice first opened. She is bilingual in English & Spanish and has over fifteen years of experience in the dental field. Narce is a single mom of two: A son and a daughter whom she loves very much. She enjoys travelling, hiking and spending her free time with family.

Requested appointments for my son and I using their online form and was called back within 24 hours. The person on the phone was so helpful and friendly. Then during our appointments, I was pleased to get the same professional and friendly treatment from all their staff and the dentist. Everyone is in such a good mood there; there were no long waits, and there was no scolding about dental issues - just knowledgeable and good recommendations regarding our dental hygiene habits. Prices are reasonable and the dentist is very clear about what you need and what can wait, etc. I am glad I found them!

I always so scared of going to the dentist since I was little but my experience in Unident Family Dentistry was beyond my imagination and expectation. Like everyone said, Dr. Tran is the most gentle dentist I ever known and he did my wisdom tooth extraction with no pain as he promised, I can eat almost everything normally the next day. The hygienist was very gentle and caring. The receptionist also was very considerate, he offered me water when I was waiting. I really love this place and would recommend to everyone. Trust me this one time, you will not get disappointed. I would give this 10 stars if there is an option for it.

I went here because I had a tooth needing to be pulled . Let me start by saying Nancy and Anthony are the best front office staff ever! I had to go through a few extra steps doing to being pregnant and getting extra clearance from my doctor! However both kept in contact with me until everything was finalized with my doctor and my appointment was set. DR.TRAN is very patient and nice! My tooth pulling experience was great. And it's been a day after I pulled tbh it really doesn't hurt that bad after the first 5 hours r so once you take your medicine. Great experience I will only be dealing with DR.TRAN and his staff now. They really found a long time customer. Visit you won't be disappointed!!

Very rude to both my family and our insurance representatives that were trying to verify their doctor in our network. We were just wanting to go in, but they just hung up on us so when I went to confirm with the insurance if they were in our covered providers list, they said yes and tried to reach out to this dentistry and they were rude to them and hung up on them as well. I don't know why asking them about their HMO plan which they have an active connection with my insurance struck such a nerve with the person Nancy who receives the calls here. I was also very surprised because this placed had 5 stars on their reviews which is unheard of, but upon closer inspection most of the reviews only have one or two reviews total, which is suspicious as well.

I came in today for an emergency and I came to this dentist for the first time . I was excited to see how professional, and humble they were, the young lady called Nani at the front desk . I had an Emergency at the moment and she was able to take of the problem she's well experienced as an assistant as well , I'm excited to come in and meet the rest of the staff. I highly recommend this office . The office is clean and very pretty
