this place is awful the people who answer the needs training in customer service. They speak to you as if they are doing you a favor. If we as patient's did come there they won't have a job. The doctor have a bad beside manner too. I wouldn't send my cat here

Very very unprofessional and rude. They were laughing AT me meanwhile I was very nice and very much in pain trying to make an emergency appointment. Dentist even made a rude remark right infront of me. I Will never step foot in that office again.

This place is absolutely amazing. I used to go to cranberry dental in carver but now I'm permanently switching here. This place does really care about your well being and they will not pull out your teeth unless it's absolutely necessary. Regardless of what situation your going through they'll brainstorm to try and help you anyway possible. I'm happy that I finally found the right dentist for me after going on a wild goose chase. Thankyouu unident for being so helpful I truly do appreciate you!

I will be sure to post a picture to this review when I get my dentures. Best dental experience I've ever had. All teeth extracted at the same visit with just Novacaine and I have had no pain whatsoever. All the dentists and staff have been great and answered all my questions whenever I had them. FLAT OUT RUDE HERE. Overheard a dentist and other worker literally LAUGH at my decision of care. Didn't feel welcome there, whatsoever.. Felt like I was just a "hurry up and get her out of here" type of patient, which is awful. Especially when dealing with severe tooth pain while being a mom to a 10 month old baby! Also, zero help with finding alternate oral surgeons in the area. Oh.. and absolutely zero amount of compassion and understanding towards their patients there either. NEVER AGAIN.

I had a wonderful experience here. I was in & out. They were so attentive, calming & up to date equipment that I've never seen before. No more puting things in your mouth for x-rays. It was clean. I just loved the whole experience & that's saying a lot considering I'm petrified of going to the dentist, like millions of other people. I highly recommend them. They accept Mass Health and Medicare as well as other insurance. 2 thumbs up

The staff is very nice without a doubt but their scheduling and timing lacks tremendously. You could be waiting a hour or more before being seen. So do plan ahead.
