Dr. Candace A. Grace is originally from Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Dr. Grace is a 2001 Cum Laude graduate of Xavier University of Louisiana, with a Bachelors of Science degree in Psychology and Chemistry. In 2003, she earned a Masters of Public Health from Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine. Dr. Grace pursued and attained a Doctorate of Dental Surgery in 2007 from Howard University College of Dentistry. She also earned a certificate in Pediatric Dentistry in 2009 from Howard University College of Dentistry.
In her spare time, Dr. Grace serves as a Kids Life Ministry leader at Lakewood Church. She also enjoys reading, cooking, traveling and spending time with her family, friends and her toy poodle Logan. She is a proud supporter of World Vision a Christian Humanitarian Organization. Dr. Grace currently sponsors two children, Gabriella from Guatemala and Mgcini from Kenya. In addition to children, she is a huge animal lover and donates monthly to the American Society for the Prevention of Animal Cruelty.
Dr. Grace is active in the Greater Houston community, consistently demonstrating a commitment to children through both personal and civic endeavors. Dr. Grace is committed to childrens health, and regularly volunteers and supports programs promoting kids health awareness. She provides free dental screenings and voluntarily participates in numerous health fairs to educate patients and their parents on preventive dental care.
We believe in making your childs dental visit easy, entertaining and educational. Dr. Grace and her team have specialized training to work with infants, children, young adults, and children with special health care needs.
Jimena was born in Houston, TX and currently works our front desk here at Under My Pillow Pediatric Dentistry. She is happily married to her husband, Victor, and likes to spend her free time traveling around the world, walking the trails at Bridgeland Park, visiting the Houston Aquarium, and finding new places to eat. Her favorite movie is Toy Story and if she could have one superpower, she would want to be able to teleport. Her favorite thing about working at our dental practice is seeing how happy the kids get with Dr. Grace and making sure every parent is satisfied.
Lakeyia is one of our dental assistants here at Under My Pillow Pediatric Dentistry. She is a Military Brat who grew up and lived in many different places around the world. She is currently engaged and a mother to four wonderful children and her favorite movies to watch are The Goonies and the Harry Potter Series. During her free time she enjoys couponing, planning, and crafting, while occasionally camping at canyon lake and visiting museums. Her favorite quote is, Start where you are. Use what you have. Do what you can. which has shaped her into who she is today. The thing she loves most about working at our dental practice is our teamwork and our family atmosphere.
Tiffani was born and raise in Houston, TX where she has grown up loving the environment here in Texas. She is a dental assistant here at Under My Pillow Pediatric Dentistry and loves working and interacting with the kids. She is currently married to her husband Irving and loves spending time with her four dogs, Lexy, Canelo, Chiquis, and Hatchi. During her free time she likes to explore new places, watch movies at the theater, and shop at Houston Premium Outlets. Her favorite movie to watch is Lilo & Stitch and if she could have one superpower, she said it would be telekinesis. Her favorite thing about working at Under My Pillow is that she loves working with children and helping them overcome their fear of being at the dentist, Kids are so fun to work with because they are loving, funny, tiny humans.
