I have only had one root canal. Everyone in the office is so accommodating! I had a truly wonderful experience! I was only in for a conciliation and he decided to fit me in right then if I wanted him to and I am so glad he did. It was nice that he seemed to care. Wish he was my regular dentist!

Very kind staff and doctor. Informative, gentle, and fast. Very clean and santary. All supplies look updated. By far the best experience I've had at a dental office. I had a root canal (this is my third one, first two done at my dentist's office) and it was not painful and was fast, unlike the first two. I was also given Ibuprofen and water when I was leaving. Awesome service. I would highly recommend this office/provider to anyone. It didn't cost more than my dental office charges.

I trust Dr Allen and his staff. Completely. My situations are sometimes complicated and I know that I will get the best, kindest and most competent care possible. I appreciate them all very much. Would recommend this practice 100%.

The initial consult was $130 for 15 minutes. This provider is not in-network with any insurance companies so the patient has to pay for the amount the insurance company doesn't allow. For the root canal my husband had it was an additional $600. There are in-network providers in both Eugene and Medford. If office staff would have informed us they were out-of-network we would have driven to Eugene. They sent us their estimate of cost our insurance company sent them showing we would owe $638.00 without indicating we would also owe the additional $600. When we received our bill it was $1208. Needless to say we were surprised and I contacted their office. They were rude and told me it was our responsibility to check with insurance and they weren't obligated to tell us. I told them it was unethical not to tell patients so they could make an informed decision with all the facts.

I was referred by my dentist to see Dr Allen regarding a needed root canal. I was very impressed with the procedure that Dr Allen performed . The quality and follow through of his staff made it a five star experience.
