Communication is terrible. Both between patients and providers. They say they'll call back and don't. Other providers struggle to reach him regarding my care plan. I had a procedure CANCELLED because he requested one thing through my insurance then said I needed another in my patient notes. When contacted by ME (because after a month Shrewsbury dental couldn't get a call back to clarify which I needed) he said "it's up to the discretion of the provider". I felt like I was being tricked into some out of pocket costs. I signed a non covered services form in July, and by September he was adding other services that it was too late to include in the insurance appeals that were not on those forms, Like $750 for posts. I had 4 root canals done (by York endodontics) at his request and was informed by them that my permanent fillings should be completed in 4 weeks, I called from the parking lot of York endodontics the day they were done to book the permanent fillings, and it is now 9 weeks later, I still have temporary fillings, which are now putting me at risk of infection and causing more discomfort. Each time I do what Dr Singh asks, he adds another stipulation before he will do them (see a periodontist, have crown lengthening, and now he wants me to go for an orthodontist consult). I've had to find a new dentist just to get permanent fillings done, and shocker. After one consult I'm booked to have permanent fillings without all the hoops he was trying to make me jump. My final straw was going to hell and back to get insurance approvals for recommended work, and getting jerked around for 3 months until they expired. The extensions I requested they put in through my insurance wasn't done, and I can't do that myself per highmark. The provider must be the one requesting the extension. I now have to restart this entire process with my insurance company. If you want a provider you'll have to incessantly call, play middleman with, and get screwed over anyway, ultra dental is the place.

I would recommend being very suspicious of this place. We left our previous dentist, who we had been with for decades, after relocating and took our daughter to this practice. After an exam we were told she had eight cavities. Given that her previous exam had revealed zero cavities, I thought it highly unlikely that she had developed eight cavities in six months. We ended up making a long drive back to our previous dentist to get a reevaluation and were informed she did not have any cavities at all. Needless to say, we won't be returning to Ultra Dental.

was told I need a root canal done on my molar, was fine with that. I was told that they cannot do root canals there but they will give me a list of places to choose from, then they will schedule the appointment. I was never given a list of places to choose from, I was in so much pain I was sobbing, went to the er, went to urgent care twice, and finally had to go to the york hospital emergency dentist, and ended up getting it pulled. highly unprofessional staff, this was completely avoidable, but I couldn't wait any longer. not to mention that when I went in last month for the checkup (this is when they told me I needed the root canal) they somehow completely missed a cavity on the tooth right beside the one that needed a root canal! the cavity is not new. they should have been able to see it on the xray. and when they check my mouth to look for cavities, they look for no longer than a minute, and before they check they ask if I've been having any dental pain. I think they only check the teeth that I mention (if there are any.) not a good place to go if you want to get your teeth done right. wish I could've had a better experience.

Booked my initial appointment, (June) get there, they wouldn't see me without a primary care doctor. Which is unheard of to me or my insurance company. Set a new appointment for July 11, come back, specifically state what I need, what the issue is, with insurance paperwork for the previous approval. I confirmed what I was asking for and the dentist even asked for more work, I verbally confirmed three times they would put in the BLE with my insurance. I was told yes. Fast forward one week. The the office hasn't submitted the benefit limit exception they verbally confirmed (three times) they were doing a week ago. Highmark has confirmed this. Now I have to play phone tag between the dentist and my insurance, while I work to get this office to do what should've been done last week. I'll be calling today and if the BLE isn't placed, I'll be escalating the situation

Botched my root canal last year and had to go somewhere else to get fixed correctly. Went a few months on antibiotics & he kept a saying it was fine but it wasn't even packed correctly & was full of infection. My 4 crowns I also had put on arnt holding up at all. 5,000 in out of pocket expenses for this office and another 1600 to get the root canal fixed. Never bothered to refund me for the root canal even after showing proof what was wrong with it and it was on him. Please reconsider.

Dr. Singh and his staff are truly amazing. I have high anxiety when it comes to dental offices, But they quickly made me feel very comfortable and at ease about my procedures. I personally had extensive stuff like full extractions and immediate dentures, And the whole process was not only very quick and efficient but everybody was so kind and caring to make sure you're not in pain or uncomfortable. I have already recommended a few people to switch to his practice and will continue to do so.

Ultra Dental was recommended by a friend. I had inquired online on Saturday and Monday I received a call to schedule my initial appt. I went in the following Friday. I had contacted others before and it was months before you could get an appt. 3 weeks after the first appt, was my follow up for some extractions. Dr. Singh made sure I was comfortable and completly numb. He took great care throughout the process to make sure I was comfortable. I called 2 weeks later because I thought I had an issue at one of the extraction points. They got me in 90 min later and reassured me everything was good to keep healing. I was so happy with the atmosphere and professionalism, I have made appts for my 2 kids and referred my mom.

Do no harm. Why can't my husband get his amoxicillin refilled? You gave a one week supply and schedule services a month out. We've emailed and called and begged. You say you will and you don't. Now we have to do an er visit. The infection in the tooth can spread. It's not narcotics it's antibiotics man. Come on. You are a doctor dude. You know it's hard to watch a loved one suffer.

The staff was very polite beautiful and helpful especially Kelly!..However..the animosity and hostility of Dr.singh unprofessionalism almost had me at a fist fight with him. He was very rude and aggressive and unprofessional again by not informing me of the duty of the procedure he was to perform. This was a huge RED flag all the while he was holding a novacaine syringe in his right hand to numb me for an unwarranted extraction of my wisdom tooth. I simply requested to have a filling or a crown to protect the tiny cavity from being exposed to worsen and start any pains.Furthermore as I explain this Dr.Singh feels he will ignore my request and attempt to inject me with novacaine before I stopped him to extract my wisdom tooth to which causes me no pain ATM no is it impacted by any surround tooth because I have no tooth beside around or near my wisdom tooth so a crown could have been suggested.Ive always been told by past dentist to always keep as many teeth as you can.Further more upon stopping Dr.Singh from injecting me with his syringe I ask what are you doing? he says jibberish to me that I didn't understand..but he was speaking on getting my cavity..i say no I dont want my tooth pulled im not in pain I want a filling or crown and he then says I cannot put a filling because of where the cavity is and i cannot put a cap or crown there because of the impacted tooth. I googled it and found that I was right. I could had the procedure done I was requesting for which i wasn't in pain I just wanted to isolate detain the cavity be for it worsened by filling or crown.(Ok so now we are looking at misdiagnosis a potential suit claim). I further learned by others in the field or dental that extraction of a tooth is faster and less time consuming and more money from insurance..(ok so now we are looking at fraud upon insurance). No further comment. However..im a Black male born a united states citizen with health insurance through Caritas Medicaid to which through experience ive noticed is frowned upon and taken advantage of by any means necessary by some or many professional criminals in their career fields whom mistreat or take advantage of persons on that said health insurance. Its so sad for these behaviors against the Dignity of Human Citizen like myself and others to go through that type of bullying Dr.Singh oppressed my to go through. So when I see all these reviews and comments on how nice he was and respectful and attractive he was im OUTRAGED! Because he showed none of that hospitality to my needs. Also I spoke with a family member and they are on the same insurance and they are Black and a male and said that when they had there wisdom tooth removes that "He could be a little to ruff" and that " He could go a little easier pulling your tooth" and added "he did seem a little aggressive when pulling my tooth" So when I was told this i now felt better about my Heated Verbal confrontation with Dr.Singh. Lastly I want to add is that during his and I altercation the women that work there rushed over to break up the verbal argument and while they were there I over heard one of them behind me saying we know we know as if hes a problematic Dr. with select few of his clients or just one race of clients whom work there or patronize the establishment. Everything ive written here today is all FACTS I have no gains to lie on his professionalism I dont know him from a can of paint im just stating the horrible experience he put me through that I had to suffer just to maintain my correct hygiene. I want to say to anyone whom has encountered this type of behavior by this dentist to speak out and do not sit through his torturous behavior while operating on you.Thankyou!

The staff and attractive dentist himself are nothing short of amazing here. I have a huge fear of the dentist and needed to go in for a tooth removal. My anxiety was so bad I was shaking going in. The front office staff were super sweet, beautiful, professional. I went back right on time, I got there early and sat in terrifying anticipation lol. I went back the woman that got me set up for the dentist was amazing, connected with her immediately she distracted me with a conversation about the rugrats and how my name is Angelica's doll and it was perfect. It helped me remember how to breathe again she was so sweet and sensed I was stressed and immediately helped. Then the dentist, I respect and admire this man's care for me so much I wanted to ask him on a date after I was done cheek swollen lol. He could sense my anxiety too and consistently made sure to tell me if I I uncomfortable at all and still continued to check if I was the entire time. Painless. He fixed Mt cavities too, was more than willing to pause and answer questions I had about what he was doing, what vaping does vs smoking, gave ms advice on how to whiten my teeth since I said I wanted to but I knew insurance wouldn't pay for it. Amazing. My fear is gone now and that is a blissful feeling, so yes please anyone who reads this looking for a place to go you can trust and feel safe in, this is the one. Thank you to them. Blessed.
