Dr. Negru then earned his doctorate of dental surgery at Loma Linda School of Dentistry in Loma Linda, California, where he graduated in the top 10% of his class in 1996. Because of his outstanding academic performance, Dr. Negru was awarded a lifetime membership in the distinguished Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society.
After graduation, Dr. Negru became an active member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. He worked beside leaders in his field, traversing North America to learn the latest techniques in cosmetic dentistry.
Dr. Negru returned to school to study cosmetic dentistry, smile makeovers, porcelain veneers, and full mouth reconstruction at Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies. He was awarded a fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry. He then completed an Implant Residency in Alabama, where he learned procedures such as dental implants, advanced bone grafting, and sinus lifts.
Dedicated to patient education and a conservative approach to dentistry, Dr. Negru delivers only the level of care hed expect for himself and his own family. To enhance his patients experience, Dr. Negru works with a certified anesthesiologist to offer dental sedation for anxious patients.

The dentist and staff were both extremely kind, attentive and willing to help with my needs until satisfied. I also appreciated that my appointment wasn't rushed at all. Would recommend.

Had a great experience here. I was very anxious about getting a crown on a tooth that had a cracked amalgam filling. I wanted to go to a dentist who would take precautions to protect me from any mercury that was released during the process, so I did a little research and found Dr. Negru. They have a great rating with the Better Business Bureau and lots of really excellent reviews from their clients. Dr. Negru and his staff are calm and competent, which set me at ease. They answered my questions and made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. What really impressed me was that Dr. Negru creates the crown in his own office so you don't have to have a temporary crown or come back a week later to get the real crown put on. I didn't have any pain during the procedure. I'm so relieved to have found a dentist I can trust to take great care of my teeth!

I've been going here for years and it's been a marvelous experience. Truly the best dentist I've ever seen, and I've had many dentists in the past. Dr Negru is as kind as he is skilled, and his skill is incredible. The Ultimate Smile office is very nice and has a futuristic look to it, which is fitting since it has the newest cutting edge dental equipment. This is the only dentist office I've been to where attention to detail has been applied to everything... even the decor of the office, which is beautiful. Dr. Negru can seemingly do it all and with the most up to date technology, his staff is beyond friendly and I love talking to them every time I come in. In my first appointment he described my dental issues to me including very high detail pictures to show what he was talking about and all the ways to treat them very which no other dentist bothered doing before. I learned a lot just from that first appointment. I recommend Dr. Negru constantly to friends and family as him and his staff has made going to the dentist an absolute pleasure.

Dr. Negru is the best in the game. I have been so pleased with the professionalism this office has. It has been a while since I last saw a Dentist. I had some apprehensions since its been so long but upon calling and speaking with the receptionists I felt a lot more at ease. When I arrived to the office I was pleasantly greeted and noticed the place was very warm and inviting. Dr. Negru has amazing up to date technology which gave me the assurance that I was in good hands. I met with Christy who is the patient care specialist and also a very informative individual. She gave me a thorough exam and was very cautious of my comfort level especially when she was cleaning my teeth. Even though this was my first visit, I felt as thoughI was treated with the upmost respect and care. I will definitely continue my dental care at Bright Smile and I highly recommend Dr. Negru and his pleasant staff for anyone's dental needs.

Absolutely the best dentist in town! The most amazing staff and such a great welcoming experience. They treat you with care and provide the most professional and high end service. They care about their clients on a personal level. I was able to get composites done and got my teeth filed and changed the game for my confidence and smile! My dad got a bridge done with veneers, we had an amazing experience and we felt heard, understood and we definitely got our moneys worth. Dr. Negu works with the best labs in the world and it is evident in the results we got! I definitely recommend 100%! The ambiance of the practice is very calming, professional and clean which is very important! I've attached a photo here because I needed to keep record of the day my smile changed and my confidence elevated!

Dr. Negru is amazing! He does incredible work, but not just that, he has a wonderful staff as well. My dental hygienist is the best! I was always anxious about going to the dentist in the past, but now I enjoy it. I recently had my teeth gap reduced via composite veneer at this dental clinic. I loved everything from their easy parking lot to their office interior. The friendly staff and their amazingly friendly doctor. He is highly skilled and did a really amazing job with my gap. I was very nervous before I went in, but I'm loving my smile now. I will definitely come back here and I definitely recommend this place. You won't be disappointed.

I had the best experience ever with Dr. Michael I highly recommend you to do your teeth there. Ultimate Smile made me smile again, I used to have no confident to show my teeth or even smile. From the first consultation Dr. Michael decided to do The Invisalign treatment for me Iam in the 3rd month now I already can see a huge difference in my teeth they are straight with the right shape that Iam looking for. I really love this place. I called about a wisdom tooth growing in at around 5pm and they were able to get me in at 11am the next day. The receptionist on the phone with me was SO helpful and friendly. She answered all my questions thoroughly and has a fun/friendly personality. When I went in for my appointment, everything was quick and efficient. The assistant took my scans and they determined it was fine to do the surgery, so Dr. Negru did his work and I was out of the building before noon even hit. I can very much appreciate a swift (yet thorough) appointment. I was sort of nervous about my first ever surgery, but they explained the process to me very well and made sure my comfort level was ideal the whole way. The whole staff is great and friendly. Also it seems like a new office, the space is very clean and sleek.

Ultimate Smile is amazing. Everyone was extremely nice to me from the appointment process to the visits. I decided to go to Dr. Negru after seeing his work online and can confirm he is truly an artist. He replaced two veneers in my front teeth and they blend perfectly with the rest of my teeth.
