Doctor Ricardo did my braces prior to my following school year because my smile wasn't as straight as I wanted it to be and when I got them off they were done so well! They have yet to be topped customer service and very nice staff, I'm so glad to have gotten my braces done here. The office is also beautiful! I highly recommend it.

Dr, Ricardo saved me a ton of money not too far back when after looking at a tooth that another local dentist had recommended a crown and possibly a root canal his diagnosis was that a filling could work instead. He was correct...after 3 years the filling is still working as the best alternative. In part that is why I went with him for when I decided to get an implant into the space where a tooth that I had had pulled about 5 years earlier had been. That was way more involved and required a process that took over two months. To top it off he and his staff handled a rather complicated insurance coverage question that happened because I was in the midst of changing coverage when it happened. This also saved my money. Check out his credentials... Without a doubt you might come to conclude as I have that he is a top notch choice in our region for most all of your dental care needs.

Dr Ricardo is really friendly as well as the secretaries, however I went in for a dental cleaning with nothing wrong with my teeth or gums (being in my mind 40's with never having a cavity or gingivitis) and left with swollen gums which then turned into gingivitis in no time flat. I was told by Dr Ricardo that a dental cleaning would never do that, and that it was caused by taking in too much sugar. He didn't send me home with anything to help the gingivitis, yet instead strongly encouraged me to change my eating habits. I don't even eat candy or much for junk food in general. I rarely drink soda or juices, I mostly drink water. I don't smoke or drink alcohol either. Dr Ricardo was very kind while explaining his natural approach to curing gingivitis, but I left as I arrived, in pain with swollen gums. My family and I decided to go elsewhere for our dental care.

my experience here was very enjoyable. the staff here are so nice and friendly! they were very gentle with my teeth when i came for a cleaning, which made me feel very comfortable as well as calm. the office is a beautiful facility of which i didn't expect when i first came to this office. i would highly recommend coming here.

Dr. Ricardo and the entire staff are great! Best dental office visit I've ever had. Very kind people. State of the art equipment and a beautiful office. Had a cleaning and it was a wonderful experience.

Have been going here for a while and love visiting and getting my teeth cleaned, they are very careful operating with the virus and make you feel very safe while getting your teeth cleaned

i highly don't recommend coming to this dentist. i went in February and got 3 cavities "filled". he also told me that i wouldn't need my wisdom teeth taken out and my new dentist is having me get them out asap or else it will mess up the rest of my teeth. i went to a new dentist and i have 6 cavities that were there when this dentist "filled" them. he didn't even filled them or clean them out. my mom also had a messed up root canal. i don't recommend you come here.

Ultimate Smile Dental is the absolute best! The staff is so friendly and always so efficient. The personal touch you receive and accommodating nature of the staff really are amazing. I've been going here for years and I love the new Victor office since it's so cozy and calming; it feels like a lodge retreat. On top of that, Dr. Ricardo makes the entire experience enjoyable with his professionalism and does a fantastic job explaining things out. I would highly recommend this office for any orthopedic work!
