I waited for 3 months for a cleaning (earliest available; they told me it was because they only have 1 hygienist on staff). Then, the day before my appointment, they canceled my appointment, because they don't have a dental hygienist at all!

The work they do and office staff is great. However, you have to call multiple times (call center) to get to answer! They don't return your call after you leave a voicemail. Their customer service needs to be better. Other than the customer service I would gvie them 5 stars.

Lauren is excellent! Very professional but also personable. Understanding and goes out of her way to try to provide you with the best service. All of the front end employees greet you, make you feel welcome and are responsive. The office is always clean.

I was kind of nervous but everyone was so chill and nice that it calmed me down. They make everything quick and easy. I highly recommend them for people who are uncomfortable with dentists.

The staff are friendly here and I never have to wait long to be seen. The dentist and hygienist are thorough with cleaning and checking for cavities. They also offer orthodontics on site. Evening hours available.

Dr. HAN is wonderful. Always so nice and informative about what needs to be done. You girls are always so nice and helpful, very polite. I really like coming to your office. Even if it is a DENTIST office.

Ulery dental has been completely life changing for me!! I needed a whole new smile and the moment I walked in that office with my bad teeth they were incredibly understanding, sympathetic and kind. The front desk ladies are so so sweet and nice as are the dental assistants. The dentist is absolutely AMAZING !!!! I will always always be so thankful for the dundalk office of Ulery dental and its staff. I can't wait to go back to finish my new smile journey !!!!
