The doctors provide good service, knowledgeable, with good bedside manners. However, the assistants or those in training are who do majority of the work and the doctors check their performance after the work is complete. These assistance are not the cleanest, they touch other things with gloves and use the same gloves to do procedures. Have to be vigilante with their work to not over look these mishaps. Also, the staff is not the friendliest, they can come of short tempered at times.

My many experiences with Ulery Dental have been nothing but positive. This is a well-run business with a superior, patient service focus. Highly recommended.

The wait was about an hour and last time we came here they left me in a room for 30 mins all alone and just waiting.

I like Dr Ulery and all the medical staff, however the office management is the worst. The dentist tells me my gums are irritated around my new bridge and to book a cleaning and exam. She also puts me on a prescription mouth wash. Then the office management says we can see you for the cleaning and exam in 5 months! Why would I take a prescription for 1 week and then wait 5 months for the "solution" a cleaning. Makes no sense! I paid good money for my treatment and should not be in line if there is an issue with my bridge and gums.

I just came to Maryland and I had to find a new dentist and Dr Brown is so nice . She listened to me and I was very comfortable with her and her assistant was great also .

Routine checkup & cleaning took over 1 hour. Can't make appointment for regular 6 mo. check up after this one. Have to wait a couple months then remember to call them to schedule appointment. I get no notification from them to remind me that I have an upcoming appointment. Not used to this kind of service from a dental office.

I personally have always had a positive experience at Ulery in Crofton. Returned again today and the hygienist took good care to do a great job.

The technician who took my son's X-rays was great. I mentioned that he has a strong gag reflux and she made him comfortable and do something to distract him. Also the Dentist was great at removing plaque and making sure he was comfortable. Overall was a great experience and we were happy and looking forward to our next visit in 6 months.

Just got my teeth cleaned, and dental hygienist was great. Would definitely recommend. Also, Dr. Ulery is great dentist with wonderful bedside manners.

Wonderful people!! I've been a client of Dr. Ulery for nearly 30 years. Mouth feels good and teeth look great !!
