While I would love to rate our dental specialist a 10 because she and her assistant were great. This review is about Magali which is a very rude women. This was our second time at this clinic and had no issues during our first visit. But this visit was made uncomfortable due to Magali who was rude from the moment we arrived practically yelling at me and my daughter that we needed masks which we brought our first visit but forgot this time. I suffer from severe sciatic pain and can't stand for extremely long periods my daughter being the patient is seated I was told by our specialist that I may sit at the foot of the chair my daughter was in I choose to stand as long as I could which was 2 hours before sitting and about 5 mins after sitting Magali told me that I could not sit there. I turned away without responding because I was already giving permission to sit there, she then complained to the specialist in Spanish about me sitting lucky for me I don't look Hispanic but I am 100% and fluent. Everyone in this clinic is Hispanic/Latin so if you don't speak the language beware that they will discuss you in an unflattering way. Would never have chosen to come here which is a 1 hour and 20 minute drive for us but due to insurance my daughters age and treatment needed was one of our only options without having to wait months for an opening elsewhere.

We were referred to the UF health hialeah dental center for my 13 year old. We scheduled the appointment and waited for the day. Once this day came we showed up to rock. My boy was nervous to say the least. I mean who likes to go to the dentist to get drilled on? The doctor noticed the big kid was a bit afraid. Once the doctor noticed she took extra care to make him feel relaxed and comfortable. The staff here was very friendly and professional. I never heard of the place before and now that I've attended i would recommend anyone to visit. There are great doctors here to tackle any dental need you might have. Good luck and hope to see you smile!!
