MOST UNPROFESSIONAL!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!! For grad students, GatorGradCare insurance covers an annual dental checkup and covers upto $330. I had a dental filling to be done. I asked the office stuff repeatedly and specifically in my first visit if that is covered in my insurance. They said Yes. After I did the procedure today, then they handed me a bill of $193 and said dental filling is not covered and I have to pay out of my own pocket. I would never have done the procedure had I knew this. Its plain lying and gaslighting to get money from unsuspecting patients. Horrible experience.

Wow I was so impressed, the staff was so helpful, hygienist was very thorough and my doctor was very reassuring. Had so much dental anxiety going to my first appointment, it didn't take long for me to feel at easy. Wish I could give more stars 10-10 recommend

Terrible with little children. They strapped my son down with a burrito to get his tooth out. They had to get my permission of course, and I let it happen because he was in pain and needed it out. He was traumatized and every time we went back, he didn't want to go They were not patient with him, one of the male dentists was very rude and they wanted him to be held down again just to look at his tooth.I told them absolutely not and they were like "he's gonna cry regardless". They wanted to do a procedure on him where he was sedated but wanted 1500 up front 2 weeks prior and I have good insurance. I never went back and will never go back. I found a better dentist in Ocala called Advanced Dental Shady Road. They are much better and more patient with little kids. My son went there, no trauma and got another tooth extracted without him crying or being scared. Don't have your little ones go here at all!

I always have a great experience here, from front desk people to my whole care team! Erika, my hygienist is so friendly, patient, and does a fantastic job. Dr Andrew Corsaro is super friendly and nice, and explains the situation, and procedure in details. Overall very great. You can get a voucher from front desk for free parking, right across the street! Also, don't take this mistaken for student practice! In faculty practice you get professional dentist.

The service was good. I was well treated by the dentist and by the individual that took care of my cleaning. It is however difficult to get them on the phone lately.

I got a bill thats 30-60 days late from them that I never received to begin with. Then when I try to log on to pay this bill I type and retype all the needed info and it does not exist because someone somewhere entered my info wrong! Pretty annoyed!!!

I have been going to UF Faculty practice for many years after a dentist in Gainesville told me I needed three crowns I didn't need. I have been very happy with my experience and they have done great work on my teeth. I was very scared getting my first root canal and the endodontist assured me I wouldn't feel a thing. UF is the only place I go for dental work.

worst ...went in for a cleaning. got a $238 consultation! no cleaning. tried to sell me a deep cleaning for another $600+...money hungry, rip-off facility should be the name.

Don't go here. They will charge you for seeing someone you didn't actually see and when you try to dispute it, it will come to nothing.

I have been going to Faculty Practice for 2 years for extremely complicated restorative work including orthodontics. I am thrilled with the results, the professionalism and the skill of the Faculty Dentists. I know that my heath and well being is first and foremost instead of profit for expensive dentistry.

Faculty Practice is easily mistaken with student clinics. The Doctors in Faculty Practice are all certified Doctors. These Doctors are the educators to all of the outside Dentist. I prefer to get all of my treatment done from the Direct source itself. I've had all of my dental work done here and I recommend Faculty Practice to everyone not interested in seeing a student. Though, the student clinics are shadowed by Faculty Doctors. These clinics are great sources also.
