This dental has been starting to get very organized. They started out rough in the first place but with all the communication on rescheduling appointments, it was worth it! All staff members are very nice and understanding. Always be patient when your appointments gets postponed.

The Udream Dental team are, great very friendly and professional. They explained the my benefits and made sure I understood what I was being charged. They also worked on my fees they made sure I left their office happy. I definitely will recommend them to my family and friends.

Better than I expected. Professionalism Friendly cordial assisted me in all aspect of the visit works to be done I even receive a copy of the future procedures and a receipt compared to the other one Doctor was extremely Knowledgeable and a follow up with me for the scheduling WOW better move transfer to UDREAM DENTAL

I bought a Groupon for this establishment advertised as teeth whitening, x-ray, and basic regular cleaning. What I got was a recommendation for a $300+ deep cleaning, which they immediately lowered the price down to $260 as a courtesy. I declined and just wanted the Groupon deal. From there they said they only had time today to perform the cleaning, and not the whitening, which is another thing I had asked them to make sure they had time for before scheduling the appointment. 5 minutes later an employee comes in and polished my teeth, spraying the polish wax over my shirt and mouth. He was clearly inexperienced. He finished and said you're all done. Not a single tooth was cleaned and my complaints were met with deaf ears and insistence that I did not know the difference between a regular cleaning and a deep cleaning. Waste of money and I'm never coming back.

Very DIRTY office. DISHONEST, DECEPTIVE business practice. I can't emphasize enough how DISHONEST this office is. Horrible horrible experience. You know I must've been extremely angry to write this long review to warn you not to waste time & money here. So I bought Groupon voucher for teeth cleaning for $28 here. Yes I knew average price for regular teeth cleaning is $60-$80. So I wondered what the catch here and wanted to try it. It turned out the catch is they are very dishonest. They made me wait 1.5 hour to sit me in. The guy who took my x ray didn't wear a mask and he had bad breath. Then they tried to up sell me deep cleaning. The dentist said my teeth couldn't do regular cleaning. They said regular price for deep cleaning was $300. Today we gave you $85 for deep cleaning. I still didn't want to do it so they said ok we did regular cleaning for you. The reason I didn't want to pay more for deep cleaning was that $85 was very close to the average teeth cleaning at other places. So I thought "deep cleaning" here was actually just like regular cleaning. They just wanted to squeeze more money from you. Then a young guy came in, using a brush with some toothpaste brush my teeth for 2 mins. He was very clueless on what to do. Then he said you were done. I was extremely shocked and angry. That was NOT teeth cleaning. I brush my teeth better than that. I told them that was NOT teeth cleaning yet they still said that process was their regular teeth cleaning. I was extremely angry since I wasted 2 hours coming here for such a deceptive business practice. I guess since I didn't want to pay for deep cleaning, the dentist decided to do this to me. Then I talked to the lady who I guess was the manager there. She admitted that what they did to me was teeth "polishing", not cleaning. But on Groupon, it was clearly "regular teeth cleaning". And more importantly, they said that in the beginning, it was teeth cleaning. No one in the office said it was "teeth polishing" until the lady manager. THEY TRICKED PEOPLE TO COME THERE. This is DISHONEST, DECEPTIVE practice that everyone should stay away. She told me they had the price low on Groupon to attract more customer. Omg. What they are doing is very very dishonest and deceptive. They set it cheap on Groupon to attach you. Then they will upsell you and if you don't want to buy it, they will do a horrible job to you. The reason I was so angry was not because I lost $28 bucks, but because of their extreme dishonesty. Then I talked to another patient who also did some teeth services there on the way out. She agreed with me the office was DIRTY. You can see the sink with disgusting "yellowish" stuff. Then she told me they charged her $300 for deep cleaning. Then I told her they offered me a discounted deep cleaning for $85. She was shocked, too. We both thought we would never ever come back to this horrible place. This is completely unacceptable. This is the first time ever I got such terrible service at a dental office. Deceptive business like this must go away.

Love this place. I recommend this place to all my friends and family. The experience with the dentist and his assistants was very pleasant. They have great customer service and the pricing is fair. I'm glad they don't try to up sell me like other dentist like to do. In my experience I received a implant and crown and I'm happy to chew the food I love again. Thank you all for everything.

They were very accommodating. I expressed my need to have my teeth whitened within a couple days due to upcoming plans. UDream Dental squeezed me out nto there schedule the same day! Superior customer service and friendly staff. Thank you to everyone @ UDream Dental, Garden Grove.
