Will not return! Something shady is happening here with billing. I did not want to believe it until it happened to us. I don't usually write reviews, but I hope this helps someone. I went in for a assessment on Friday and was given a summary of the work needed to be done and the charges including my insurance's coverage. I said OK. I came back the following Monday for the actual appointment and they tried to charge me over $400 more than I was quoted. I showed them my printed quote and I did not want to pay any more than that. They told me the person who gave me the quote had been fired and had made a mistake which did not make sense. They lowered it a little but not to my quoted amount. So I walked out. NOTE: This same thing happened to my wife a few months back and we gave them another chance. I also complained to another friend about it, and he said they did the same to him.

Worst dentist I've ever been too. How does bottom braces for $2,400 keep in mind I only had the bottom turn into a bill for $15,000. It's been over a year and multiple managers and no one can fix the issue all they tell me is they don't do there own billing. New front desk is very unprofessional and won't let you speak to a manager and will hang up on you. They charged the initial claim on my bill 3 times! No way do I owe $15,000 for bottom braces that's insane full braces only cost $4,500 Do not go here

Very comprehensive treatment. The front desk was very friendly, and all the work was done efficiently. I was surprised how fast they got the exams done and with how decisive they were. Definitely recommend!

I've been with UDream for about a month and a half. Things have been pretty smooth with them so far. No complaints here. Just sometimes wait time is long.

If it wasn't for Christina I probably would have gone to a different dental office. She was professional and approachable. When talking teeth it could be a bit awkward but not with her ! Very pleasant and knowledgeable!!! As far as the place it's nice but has the whole corporate vibe to it. Hardly ever the same staff members each time I visited. I was fortunate to see a couple of the same staff last two times I went.

SCAM ALERT DO NOT ASSOCIATE OR TRUST I haven't been here in 4years. Now they are spamming my phone and email. Saying that I owe them $200.00 for below. -missed appointment- 1/27/22 You will not be taking my money and word is out that your business is failing. I hope you try to scam a law firm and get sued in the process.

I had a bad experience here. I had some tooth pain and cavities that needed filling.. pretty routine stuff. I must've been the last patient on Dr. Cris Pantoja's list, as he rushed through my dental work and didn't even take the time to make sure that my bite was symmetric. I literally saw him walking outside of the dental office, whistling and humming to himself, before I was even checked out. This resulted in bad tooth pain on the side where he did his "work". I didn't even know that my bite was asymmetric as this is the first time ever where a Dentist didn't make sure my bite was correct before finishing up. I had to go back about a week later to get it corrected. Even after he corrected it, he did a poor job with the cavity in my back molars that I was unable to string floss through my back 2 teeth. This caused a lot of problems which eventually resulted in the cavity falling out, food getting stuck back there, and subsequent gingivitis. Of course, I did not return here. I went to another dentist and had an amazing experience there (California Dental Group of North Anaheim). They actually listened to my situation and took the time to ensure my dental work was done properly. I'm not sure about the other dentists in this practice, by STAY AWAY from Dr. Cris Pantoja.

Groupon scam. This establishment is just trying to make money off of you. Wouldn't recommend this place at all. The dentist told me I had a cavity and I needed a deep cleaning. Which is a complete lie considering I had just seen my regular dentist and no such thing was mentioned. They told me I couldn't get my teeth whitening until I did a deep cleaning. They took super long to see me as well. My appointment was at 9am and I didn't leave until 11am only for them to turn me away and tell me I couldn't get my teeth whitened. Worst dental experience I have by far ever encountered. And the staff was unhelpful and persistent about me getting procedures done that I didn't need or want. Don't waste your money or time.

Like others have stated, this place is a scam. They use the same method on everyone: tell you you need a deep cleaning or they can't do the procedure you originally came for after making you wait forever just to get in the seat. I don't believe a single one of these positive reviews. Do not come here.

I want to start this review by expressing how absolutely poor the service is at this office. I've been twice (purchased Groupon for whitening/exam). The first time I went for my scheduled appointment, I was in the waiting area for close to one hour. I am shocked that no one checked in to see why it was taking so long to begin my service. When I went back to the exam area, I was greeted by a friendly staff, however the dentist who looked over my previous exam and my teeth may have overlooked a possible neeed for a filling. While this may have been an oversight on his part (I have friends who are in dental industry), it may potentially lead to future dental problems. On my second trip to this office, I received a text from the office prior to my appointment confirming the time. I replied to that text informing them that I was running behind 10 minutes. I arrived at the dentist office 6 minutes late for my appointment. I'm checked in and told to have a seat. About 15 minutes later, I check back in with the frotn desk clerk to see why there is a delay (based on my previous experience). The clerk looks totally confused by my question and she goes to the back area to find someone who works there. The dental hygenist comes out and asks the front desk clerk why she didn't communicate my appointment to her. She does in front of me, neither offering an apology which I thought was so unbelievable and telling of how customers are treated here. I got extremely frustrated with the lack of customer service, poor communication, and overall misleading experience. I would highly, highly advise anyone who is considering going to this dentist office to go elsewhere. I can't imagine customer service being more piss poor than this. I hate that this business is even in business as they treat customers poorly and do not value people's time.
