They don't answer the phone and they don't do their authorization work prior to appointments. They are in essence an administrative nightmare.

This office is dysfunctional , tried to follow up when my prescription was never completed and contacted the Dr. numerous times but no response. This will be my first and last visit.

Receptionist is extremely rude and hung up on me when I tried to ask why I hadn't received a call back from their billing department after 3 weeks of leaving my first message.

It is impossible to reach their Billing Department live or by any other means. Repeated phone messages go unanswered. They don't cash the checks you send and continue to bill you.
