I shouldn't be complaining but They ate my gum and mouth is almost ripped today my mouth is hurting and bleeding They should treat people more pain free

I don't know what is happening to this place. I have been trying to call for 3 weeks and even left a message with my number, just to make an appointment and I still haven't been able to talk to a person. Edit: 3 months later I still can't get them on the phone, they never ever called back!!!

Honesty Professionalism Trustworthy Short waiting time Kindness I love and prefer them better than Parnassus ones. Just be patient if you're looking for a first time appointment. Also don't work very well by phone. I mean it's hard to get a phone call back or voice message respond. They work better by email and excellent in person .

Takes a long time but they super thorough and multiple professors with differing specializations double check and give their opinion on everything. Very good service and my dental health has been excellent. Just a warning: if you have private dental insurance the rates for everything are much higher, and even if your insurance doesn't cover a service they charge you a much higher rate than they would otherwise.

Mitch Williams runs this clinic . When i called to ask about the dentists , how they compared to the student dentists on Parnassus , she said there was no difference, when i said that i heard they were fully formed dentists in their native countries? she said well yes, but that they had to be reaccredited here , so they were EXACTLY the same . Are you serious right now? She literally fought me when i explained that there was a huge difference , they were already experienced dentists. Wow. This kind of incompetence is hard to fathom in a city like San Francisco . She was bossy and rude . Just pathetic . Writing to Gavin and London Breed . The good people of the city should not be harassed by such ignorance , willful ignorance , demanding there was absolutely no difference, and i was WRONG .

So bad. I took x rays and they ask to wait 20 business days. I need to do my treatment and I can't. I spent 200$ for have a headache with them. So bad!

I had gum problem, went there for treatment but they told me that I don't have gum problem. Now I lost my two teeth I don't know what should I do now.

I contacted them on January 17 to book a dental hygiene appointment, and the first one they could offer me was for May 20.

Would recommend to a friend! The first time I went there when I had no insurance, tried to get a good service for not too expensive. A few years later I'm still going there for check-ups. The front desk people are always very helpful and polite. The students seem to know what they're doing and are being supervised by senior doctors. Thanks for keeping my teeth healthy!

The dr called me to tell me it was time for my yearly visit I said ok does my insurance cover it she said yes I made the appointment came to it and the receptionist said that will be 70 bucks I said my insurance covers it I asked my dr before I came she said no come back in feb I found out I'm not the only one they did this to today the guy in front of me apparently had the same experience

They can't get more than 3 drop-in patients per shift in their ER. Stay away, don't lose your time going there! Not a real ER ! Don't trust them if you have a emergency, go to another place.
